Description of Work: Our washer was leaking on a Sunday, so we called and left a message. They called back and we had Jack come the next day. He took the washer apart and told us that it would be about $400 to fix it or we could just go out and get another one. The one we had lasted us 10 years and was a bottom-of-the-line that the previous condo owner had purchased to flip the place, so we were lucky to get that many years out of it. He showed up on time, was honest, and polite. We paid the service call, and he left. All is good! He also gave us recommendations on new ones.

Description of Work: This was the second time I have used them, and I needed information and a diagnostic on my GE Profile Refrigerator/Freezer--which was showing some problems. I got the information I needed: the technician was knowledgeable, accurate, and helpful, which was all I could ask for.

Description of Work: Repaired leaking ice maker in freezer compartment of refrigerator. Refused to provide breakdown of quote and gave evasive answer why such a breakdown would not be provided. Kept stating that this pricing method is what "they" normally do, but would then not answer who specifically "they" were. Conducted my own web search for cost of the parts and determined that quoted cost was probably reasonable considering labor and the cost of the parts. Technician was very proficient and installed the parts quickly completing the repair, although he was not overly friendly and almost bordered on being condescending.

Description of Work: When called, they were able to come out much quicker than other local companies (I'd contacted three companies). The repairman was wonderful, dog-friendly, and knowledgeable. He repaired the door issue so that the washer would start, but didn't stay through the entire spin cycle. The washer quit before the spin cycle was finished and wouldn't continue. When called again, they cheerfully came back out and notified me that the control panel needed replacing. I chose to replace the washer instead, so they refunded my money on the door part. I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They fixed my washer which would not empty or spin. The service tech showed up on time on the weekend and fixed the washer by replacing an electronic part. The price was quite a bit more than I had expected, though.
