PHONE CONTACT WAS WONDERFUL - PLEASANT, RESPONSIVE. JOE WAS EFFICIENT. HE DIAGNOSED THE REAL PROBLEM, SOLVED IT. PERSONABLE AT THE END. REPAIR SEEMED EXPENSIVE FOR THE TIME INVOLVED.

CALLED THEM AT 9:00 A.M. THIS MORNING. TOLD LYNN THAT I WAS AT WORK AND COULD MEET THE REPAIRMAN AT MY HOME WITHIN 10 MINUTES. WAS TOLD I WOULD A RECEIVE A CALL APPROX. 20 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME AND TO EXPECT THE REPAIRMAN BETWEEN 11:00 A.M. & 1:30 P.M. RECEIVED A CALL BACK AT 10:40 A.M. INDICATING THE REPAIRMAN WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. REPAIR MAN (JOE) ARRIVED WITHIN ONE MINUTE OF MY ARRIVING AT THE HOUSE. REALLY APPRECIATED THE PROMPTNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM.
Description of Work: SPENT ABOUT 45 MINUTES CHECKING OUT MY KENMORE WASHING MACHINE. WAS ADVISED DUE TO THE AGE AND CONDITION OF THE WASHER - IT WAS NOT WORTH REPAIRING.
