They were perfect. They showed up on time, analyzed and completed the work, and was finished in a timely manner.

The technician gave me the estimate and then came back to do the repair once the parts were in. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up before he left. The office staff was also very good. I would recommend this company to others.

The repairman was nice and on time. The repair itself only took a few minutes.

When I called they gave me a window of three hours, the service man called and said he'd be at my home in 15 minutes. He told me the price before he put the part in, he was very polite, I was very pleased with him & the service.

Courteous. Arrived as scheduled. Performed work efficiently and well. We were well satisfied.

My overall experience was worrisome. The service technician came out and examined the unit, then quoted a price, to return when the part arrived. No one called to let me know that the part had arrived, but the service man came back out to install. Unfortunately, I had not planned for this. During the 1st run of the dishwasher, the unit stopped full of water. The electrical wires were not secured properly, the wire nuts melted, and the power to the unit shutoff. The serviceman came back out to repair the connection. I don't believe enough care was taken during the initial repair of this appliance.

They came out & determined that my computer fried when I ran the cleaning cycle. Suggested that it's better to replace rather than fix it. Very nice & gave me recommendations on where to replace since we're new to the area.

He's reasonable. He comes back if there's a problem.

The serviceman was on time, friendly, and did a great job.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are always exactly on time. The washer was repaired some months ago. It has worked flawlessly ever since. The refrigerator could not be repaired without an expensive part, and the service man explained that it really was okay the way it was, it was just noisy. Then he went on to check to see how our ice maker and dishwasher were doing and gave us great tips on how to help them run better. The whole visit was just the cost of a minimum service call.

The repairman was on time, fixed dryer in 10 minutes, and was courteous.

Because they were so professional and responsive, I trusted the job was accurate, even though I thought it was pricey.

On the good side, the service man identified the faulty part in less than 60 seconds. On the bad side, they charge a $49.94 show-up fee (unless they perform work). In my case, the start relay cost under $13.00 on Maytag Repariclinc.com. They would not budge on price. So, I paid over $140 for 5 minutes of repair labor. I felt gouged on price, but I don't really know if their pricing practices are common or not.

I NEEDED A FLAME SENSOR. THE SERVICE REPAIRMAN WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS. DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE.

GARY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB, ORDERED THE PARTS AND DID THE REPAIRS ON A SATURDAY, WHICH WAS GREAT.

I CALLED BETTER HOMES APPLIANCE SERVICE THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT THE SAME AFTERNOON BETWEEN 1 PM AND 3 PM. I RECEIVED A CALL STATING THAT THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS RUNNING LATE AND THAT HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO ME UNTIL AROUND 4 PM. JOE ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER 4 AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. LUCKY FOR ME HE HAD THE PART WITH HIM AND WAS ABLE TO FIX THE DISHWASHER IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. I THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD COST AROUND $100. TO FIX THE DISHWASHER, I WAS A LITTLE OFF. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN, JACK THOMPSON, WAS AT MY HOME WITHIN 2 HOURS OF MY INITIAL CALL. HE IMMEDIATELY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH MY WASHER AND HAD THE PART IN STOCK ON HIS TRUCK. HE WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER. I AM THRILLED TO HAVE MY WASHER WORKING PERFECTLY IN SUCH A TIMELY FASHION.

THE TECH WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT MY 17 YEAR OLD APPLIANCES AND HAD GOOD ADVICE ABOUT REPAIR VS. REPLACEMENT. HE OFFERED A DEAL SINCE MY OVEN DIDN'T NEED SERVICE SHOULD IT START CAUSING PROBLEMS LATER THIS YEAR.

CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR.

EXPERIENCE WAS OKAY. I FELT THAT THE REPAIRMAN DID NOT REALLY SPEND MUCH TIME LOOKING AT THE PROBLEM, HE JUST SAID I NEEDED A NEW TEMPERATURE CONTROL ASSEMBLY. I FELT THAT IF HE HAD INVESTIGATED MORE HE ''MAY'' HAVE FOUND THAT THE CONTROLS WERE JUST FROZEN AND NEEDED THAWING OUT. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION. I FEEL THAT MAYBE I REALLY DIDN'T NEED A NEW PART BUT I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE.

THEY CAME OUT THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD. FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. POLITE, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

VERY FAST IN SENDING HELP, AND JOE REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING WITH OUR MACHINE. ONCE HE HAD THE PART, HE PUT IN THE NEW TIMER IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, PLEASANT AND ARRIVED ON TIME.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND GARY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND PICKED UP AFTER HIMSELF. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

FAST, REASONABLE, AND GOOD WORK. HAD TO ORDER PART. TOOK LESS THAN WEEK TO GET IT.
