Although I lost some time because I needed to schedule another company, I greatly appreciated the service man's honesty, and not charging me because he couldn't address the problem.

The service was great. I think the price was a little high for a valve and a actuator for the ice maker but it was cheaper than buying a new comparable refrigerator. My only negative experience was that both times the service man was at the house (had to order a part to complete the job), he didn't clean up the floor. I had to mop up water and dirt left on the floor. I had to down grade their rating based on that and the price. Overall, everything was good and I am happy with the repairs.

I have used this company for many years, and have always been amazed at their promptness and professionalism. Today (Saturday), my washing machine filled with water, and STOPPED. I could not get it to drain the water, and it was full of a very large load of towels..Yuck! . I called them and they came out today (Saturday), and fixed it. This, being the Saturday of July 4th weekend. This washing maching is 17 years old. We laughed with the service man about my "antique" They replaced the lid control safety shutoff (mine had disintigrated), and replaced the stripped agitator cogs. The agitator was also not working properly. All is well, and I am thrilled to have this machine work for me a little longer. The woman who answered my franatic call, and the terrific repairman, were absolutely great!!

I have used them before. They are really a good company. They do the job pretty well. They are honest and prompt. Their prices are fair. They get in, they get out. They do the work. The appliances are fixed when they are done. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

He was very professional and neat. He was very prompt and always on time. He always explains what's going on and seemed to be reasonably priced.

My call to schedule appointment was promptly answered (I was surprised when several other companies I had called kept me on hold, routed me through various menus, or did not even answer). The intake person was able to schedule an appointment within 1 day. The service person arrived on time and was very quick. Absolutely no complaints. It's been 2 months and everything is still working perfectly. I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell me on a warranty or long term service like Sears tried to do.

he fridge could not be fixed, but the service man gave me some very useful information about it and i was most impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. i will schedule an appointment for them to come to look at another appliance that is not working. I found them through Angie's List and agree with all the positive reviews of this company!

They never completed the job and I haven?t checked my credit card bill. The guy was nice but then they tried to double charge me; so they were incompetent and I?d never want them back in my house. The technician was nice but he didn?t have the parts. He actually took a cell phone out and took a picture of the inside of my dishwasher because I had to wait for the part. The parts didn?t come of time; so they didn?t end up fixing it. They completed one part of it and the second time they tried to charge me again. They completed my dryer, they changed the heating element. Then he said that I had to have my sink cleaned out, but I already had it cleaned out. You could see from the roof down to the dryer. The heating element still went bad; so he said it was my fault. He wanted to charge me for the part and the labor, but I said no. I just paid for the part, but I shouldn?t even pay for that because I am sure it was a faulty part and there was a warranty on it. They were overpriced.

Initially i thought it was the soap door that was causing the problem. Apparently, the washer is showing its age. Kevin made some verbal suggestions to enhance the best performance while the unti is still running.

Love these guys, they have saved me $$ on dryer repair before, so they were the first I called when my 10 yo front loader started acting up. Arrived on time, repair completed without any mess or problem within 30 minutes.

The technician stated that a design flaw in this model allowed the dividing wall to freeze internally and there was no remedy. After the tech left I remembered that the airflow is via a rather large opening low on the wall, behind the vegetable drawer. He did not inspect this. I did. It was completely open. The only reason I will not follow up with them is that it is likely that this unit will be replaced within several months due to a remodel. I likely will not use this company again. On May 16 I phoned the company and explained the continuing problem and the results of the last visit. They sent out a technician with 40+ years of experience. He quickly determined what the problem was. Unfortunately it was a fix that was too expensive for this aged model. This visit was not charged and was very satisfying. They have turned around my opinion (as long as they send out a seasoned tech).

They have been fantastic. I have had them here three times. Their price was really reasonable and they were great about getting out here. They were very well priced. I can get a better price somewhere but they did a good job. The quality of their work was very good. I would use them again in the future.

It went really well & this company is very professional. The repairman came last week & ordered the part (gasket) & it was installed on 4/1/11. The part was delivered to the company before 4/1/11, but I was not able to be home for the repair to take place before 4/1. Paul, the repairman, also cleaned my coils & balanced the refrigerator door so that it does not scrape now & it closes properly.

I had no problem with them. They were good. I liked their punctuality. The technician that came out was knowledgeable and pleasant. He fixed the unit. He didn?t waste any time. The repair stayed.

The service was poor, because they were not able to figure out what was wrong with the refrigerator. They gave us a wrong prognosis. They were not very knowledgeable on what they are servicing. They may need some more training.

My washer was leaking and I had some handyman look into it.He said the pump was bad and convinced me to spend 140.00 on a new pump.I went on Angie's list and called a feww appliance repair guys.They all said pump on GE washer ,the model i have, almost never go bad and it must be something else.Then i called my favorite apppliance repair guy at better homes appliance repair.He had already fixed my refrigerator and dishwasher.He came and told me problem is not the pump.It is the bearing. He also recommended not to spend any money on the bearing as it is not worth spending 250.00 on something that will eventually have more problems in the future.

They did a good job. Straight-forward and polite. Took it apart to show me the damage. I'd use them again.

Good technician and very knowledable and quick. Only he said he is being transfered to another appliance so we probably won't get him for our front loader Washer.

Called and they were here in no time. I was extremely happy. Called number and was told they would be here between 2 and 4 pm. The repairman called soon after and said he was running early & could get here in 10 minutes, if that was ok. Of course, that was wonderful news. He explained was was wrong with the fridge and it actually made sense of the 'strange occurance' I noticed the entire week before. Every part of the experience was the upmost professional. From the initial phone call to the service itself. I would DEFINITELY call them again for another appliance problem.

Tech was professional and helpful. He recommended that I replace the electronics board on the fridge and showed me where it was. They quoted a price of $500 to have them swap it and it could take up to 10 days to get the part, but suggested I could do it myself. I ended up calling Bosch and getting the part for $135.00 and replaced it myself after having it shipped 2-day air. The price to have them replace it seemed a bit high considering how simple it was, but the tech's diagnosis was correct.. replacing the board did fix the problem. The $50.00 fee to diagnose seemed reasonable but I am not sure I would have been so happy if I paid $500 to have them do it. Overall I felt the company was helpful and honest and didn't pressure me into having them do it.

they were prompt, showed up when they said they would, ordered in parts they needed and returned as promised to finish the job

Dan came out and diagnosed problem as failed defrost heater and ordered part on 8/20/10. Dan came out with part and got the refrigerator working on 8/24/10.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He was very quick, diagnosed the problem and explained what the cost would be to repair. The company called when the parts arrived, and came out - again at the promised time - and completed the repair. I would definitely use this company again.

It was complex for him to get access to it and work on it, but he did and was able to repair it. He was professional, but friendly. He set up an appointment and arrived on time. It required a second visit, which again he was able to manage at the assigned time. If we were to have another problem, without a question we would use him. There was nothing about him that was unacceptable.

They were excellent. They were very professional and thorough. I rate than high all around. I have referred them to others, and they have also been happy with them.
