Very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't mind me watching. Informed me of what he was doing and why at the time. I felt the price was extremely fair!!!

Samsung refrigerator was leaking water inside and outside. Scott, the tech removed the panel exposing the evaporator coils and determined it was caused by moist air entering the refrigerator and condensate freezing in the area around the evaporator coils. He melted and removed al the ice in the interior rear panel. Put parts back in and checked operation of all fans . Scott was the most knowledgeable refrigerator tech I have ever seen. No one likes to work on Samsung refrigerators because of the technology involved in their operation. He explained to us all of the reasons for our problem and he analyzed all possible solutions to out problem. I learned much from him while he repaired the problem.

As for the puncutality and the responsiveness, we had no issues. the Technician came on time on the scheduled date. He provided an estimate for the cost of replacing the new hinge, part + Labor. Once the part arrived and he arrived home to replace it, he increased the cost with no reason. We had verbally agreed the cost and signed the estimation sheet which he took with him. When we challenged him to produce a copy of the estimate that we had signed, he tore it up! Eventually he called the office and sorted out the pricing and we ended up paying a few more dollars than originally agreed. But this shows that they just wanted to charge more for no reason. There was no proof that the part costed more or if there was increased labor involved. He did replace the part in less than 5 mins and the Firdge door worked perfectly, but just felt that there were not honest to deal with. Left a bad taste and would not call them again.

Called Sat. morning . no extra charge for repair on Saturday. Jim C. showed up as scheduled and immediately diagnosed the problem as grabbing brake shoes . His repair required disassembly and from under the machine he applied a lubricant to the brake shoes. It worked and he saved me alot of money because I was probably going to buy a new machine.

He was superb! The cost was reasonable, and he was honest. We were very, very pleased. We will absoutely use them again!

Provider determined why our ice maker wasn't working; ordered the part; and came back to install it. He also suggested several ways to prevent future breakage of the ice maker. They'll make less money if I can prevent it from breaking again, but they've earned a loyal customer, and I won't hesitate to call again for my next appliance repair.

I have an old Bosch dishwasher that is in need of a rebuild and decided the repair was not cost effective. Service was provided the same day as my call. Jack was friendly and efficient.

The same serviceman returned and installed the new rinse-motor. In the broken rinse-motor he showed me where a dog collar metal ID tag (shaped like a small bone) was stuck and had frozen the motor. I asked him to pry it out for me so I could tape it to my washing machine as a reminder to myself to do better when checking pockets for change and when washing my dog's collars. The repairman's name is Louis. I do believe he has been repairing machines for 20 years. He was a total professional, something I see less and less of these days.

weekends in Bradenton.Called for urgent service on my Refrigerator/Freezer. Service is not performed in Bradenton on weekends and no service is performed on Sunday. Hours listed for Sunday nbly apply to the possibility of returning customer calls, but they are not open on Sundays. Answerer did say however, that sometimes a technician works on Sunday in Bradenton. It was a bit confusing.

The work was done on time and at a fair price and now the ice maker is making ice..

I was not present at the time of the service, my mother met the the technician. She said he seemed very knowledgeable of appliances. However, she did stress to him that the refrigerator had never been this noisy before. He told her it was normal even though we have had it for two years and it has never made this kind of noise. About two weeks later we found a very thick sheet of ice at the bottom of the refrigerator. We removed it and have removed another thinner sheet since then. The refrigerator has been very quiet. Makes normal noises and everything still seems to be keeping cold or frozen. I know refrigerators make noise, but when something hasn't made that much noise and suddenly starts it seems logical that there may be a problem. Not sure why water is leaking in the freezer but probably not a good thing. I will have to work on finding someone who could figure out what is happening.

Paul arrived on time on Thursday 4/17. He found the problem was with the rollers in our dryer. He didn't have the parts and they had to be ordered. He told me they should be in by Monday 4/21. Better Homes phoned me on Monday and Paul came out a few hours later and finished the repair. We were very pleased with the service. We've already referred Better Homes to our neighbors and they are starting to use them with great results.

He came out did a diagnostic and let us know what was wrong with it. It was going to take five days for the part to come in so we purchased it locally, but after it was installed, the washing machine still didn’t work. The technician was nice, but he misdiagnosed what was wrong. Someone from another appliance store told us over the phone what was wrong, the correct part to get, and it now works fine.

David, the technician, was very honest & professional. After checking the unit, he determined that the problem was a faulty compressor & he promised to call me the next day & tell me how much it would cost to replace it. He did call the next day, as promised, and gave me an estimate of $575.00 to put in a new compressor. Since the refrigerator was old, I decided it was time to purchase a new one but I thanked him for all his help.

Larry did a great job of explaining what was causing this issue. He thoroughly checked out the appliance and made recommendations as to items to use to keep the hard water from causing this. After just one day of doing what he said the entire cabinet and dishes were clean again. We were amazed that it worked that fast. Great job

He was very honest with us about a refrigerator repair and informed us to buy a new appliance rather than pay for a repair.

David was wonderful and very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my mom's freezer and removed all of the food so he could get to the fan and defrost the ice that had built up. He also put everything back into the freezer, cleaned up, and even brought all of the towels we needed for the cleanup into the laundry room for my mom. He was also very reasonable in his price for labor. I would highly reccomend this company.

The appointment went very well. Brian, the technician showed up on time. He gave me some very good advice. I would use them again.

Brian was on time and professional. He looked over the washing machine and performed various trouble shooting steps to determine the issue. He determined it was the timer assembly causing the machine to stop agitating and spinning. He quickly searched on his tablet to find out how soon and how much a replacement part would be. He ordered the replacement part from his tablet and I was told he would return when the part was received in. When the replacement timer assembly arrived Brian returned and fixed my washing machine in under 5 minutes. I can only hope that I can get another 18 years out if it. I would recommend Brian to anyone needing repairs.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He found the issue right away, had the part on-hand and replaced it. The service was quick and cost was reasonable.
