It didn't. They never bothered to contact me back to schedule service.

That was okay. There are no extra charges with the big deal I purchased. The price was good.

It did not go. I contacted them more than 5 times. One time they didnt ever get back to me. I continued to experience scheduling issues with them for 5 months until they told me they are no longer accepting the deals.

It was very good. They were on time and efficient.

I purchased the deal and had scheduled my appointment around the date I had purchased the deal. This provider called me last night and had advised me of car problems and said they wouldnt be able to make the appointment. After I had to go back and forth with this provider, they called back and advised they are no longer honoring my deal and or working with Angie's List. They said if I still wanted the service I would have to pay additional for the services to be completed. I feel they are just trying to scam people and place blame on Angie's List. I even pointed out to them that the deal states its valid until 12/7/2014.

It went very well the ladies were very professional and aware to every detail.

They were very good at cleaning, dusting and reorganizing. The only thing they didn’t get to was the master bedroom, which was fine. Scheduling was good. They were punctual and there were no issues.

While we’ve used them before with a positive outcome and felt they did a great job, the appointment was scheduled and then they didn’t show up and we haven’t heard from them.

Juliana and her helper, Jessica, worked non-stop for 4.5 hours. They were on time and very personable as well as professional. My husband and I were both , as was our lab, and they were very accommodating to working around us. Hopefully we can give them more space the next time around. I feel that Juliana is a very trustworthy person and I would be very comfortable leaving her on her own. The house was spotless!

Excellent. Highly recommend. Prompt, thorough, pleasant, reasonably priced. Use of Angies List coupons were problematic but we were ultimately able to obtain a refund from Angie's List (btw NOT a pleasant experience getting the refund from Angies List!) Belleair rates are reasonable, recommend just skipping the whole coupon thing and hiring direct.

Thorough job. No problems. Provider wanted to alter from 27th to 30th June but we declined. Cleaners arrived 15mins later than scheduled but we were informed.

Didn't really care about it, she's 45 minutes late, she used all of our products, she thought I was going to speak to her in Polish and I don't speak Polish and she brought this little girl that basically just dig around and did nothing. She had me give her 20$, she said I owed her 20$. She wasn't worth, I had to re-do the floor and re-do the rug, she didn't even clean the counters in the kitchen, she was 45 minutes late and didn't bother to apologize for it, 45 minutes late without a call and then she waited outside, she had to call first so I could put out the dog, she didn't bother to do that, she was horrible, you don't bring someone else with you to just stand around and walk, totally, I would never use that service again.

Initial meeting was great. Promised deep clean and everything sparkling and professional. Unfortunately, we paid for the service ($120 for an "initial deep clean" of a 1600 sq ft condo) with a credit card before we arrived at our vacation home. She also know that we would only need cleaning about 6 times per year and basically used our credit card as a license to steal (figuratively, if not literally). Our appliances were still smeared with our grandchildren's fingerprints and the stovetop looked like it hadn't been touched. Our black granite counter tops looked like they had been wipe with a soapy rag and let dry. The sliding glass doors had not been cleaned in the master BR despite Julianna bragging on the initial interview that they even dusted out the window sills; I guess that did not include actually doing all the windows. We called Julianna to report our dissatisfaction and she said she was sorry but that was the best she could do. Unacceptable, period. I have filed a disputed charge with my credit card company and hope to get satisfaction. Please ignore Julianna's rebuttal, as she is wont to do, because I am an honest man and she is a con artist. As anyone can tell, I am very upset with the company's refusal to stand behind their work and would recommend that they be avoided. If you feel you must use this service, for whatever reason, please do not pay until you have seen the work.

Two women came to my house we discussed what needs to be done. They started right away and worked two hours without stopping. I was pleased with the amount of cleaning they did in two hours. Excellent job!

Canceled because we couldn't fit it into our schedule since they don't work on Saturdays. Asked for a refund and they said we needed to contact Angie's list. Still waiting for the refund to be processed.

They sent out two individuals for the job and they came out on time and did an excellent job!

It went great. It was very, very good. I was very pleased. Juliana was wonderful and we both bonded. She's Portuguese and I'm Portuguese! She did a great job. I would use her again and I probably will.

Juliana had called ahead of time and arrived exactly on our scheduled time. After a brief conversation about what I would like to have accomplished that day, she started on her detaied work immediately. My home was left spotless. Juliana is very professional, pleasant, detailed oriented and hard working. I am 100% satisfied with the services Belleair Cleaning Services and Juliana provided.

They were great. They did a great job. She was very prompt about returning phone calls. Her communication stood out.

They cleaned the counters and cabinets, dusted and vaccumed, swept and mopped the tile floors. They did a very nice job, and I plan to use them again.

Julianna is a very sweet person, she arrived on time and went right to work. This is a vacant house, so we only needed floors and bathrooms cleaned as well as some dusting and mirror cleaning.

The ad did not specify that they use your products or there was an additional charge. As a result, they used my products and I'm not so sure that was the best thing as they left lots of streaks on glass, mirrors and floors and cabinets, to the point that I had to re-clean these myself. I can only blame myself for not checking on how they were doing during and after their time here and bringing it to their attention at that time. Nice people though, and trustworthy and careful.

It went very well, Juliana has a lot of experience and it shows- you don't have to tell her what to do, she already knows. She cleaned in all the corners of the house and even offered to clean my fridge next week. I plan on hiring her every week- she was also very friendly and even changed my daughter's diaper!
