Mr. [removed member name]is correct. I do recall that he left a message on our answering service regarding room design for his daughter's bedroom which I did not return and that was inappropriate. I am/was in the midst of two large remodeling projects having just returned to work after caring for my daughter following disc replacement surgery. I have a very small and exclusive design practice with mostly repeat or referral business and am not set up to handle volume projects. The clients who are affiliated with our practice hire our firm for my personal attention to them. Though I believe that Angie's List provides a valuable service to our community which I affirmed to them when we spoke recently - and I have used their services myself when in need - I am unable to handle many referrals from them as I choose to limit the growth of my company so that I can continue to give the personal attention expected by my current client base. Mr. [removed member name], I truly apologize to you for not returning your call. I hope you were able to find help for the re-design of your daughter's bedroom.
