I rarely have such great experiences with contract jobs that work inside my home. I am extremely fussy and have an historic home, I don't like messes or sloppy work. But from the moment I spoke w/BCD to make an appointment for an new ac system quote I could tell that the company had integrity, and it does. Clifford, the owner of the company came out to give me a quote, he assessed everything regarding my ancient 1989 ac system. He looked at my home and made a recommendation, no up-selling, no fast talking, just mindful, professional conversation. He told me he could have his office email a written quote later in the day if I was interested and I was. His equipment is top-notch and he advised me well. The quote was absolutely fair, the quality excellent. BCD installed today. They were punctual, lined my floor with paper and had four professionals that had worked with the company for years (not months) work on the job. Clifford was on the job for an hour in the morning, got everything settled and an hour this afternoon to survey. The installation was a big job and having to upgrade old wiring and such wasn't easy. But the four men were professional, knowledgable, tidy, considerate and worked without stop until the job was complete, tested and they even swept and cleaned any finger marks. It was a hassle and stress free experience and the equipment is top of the line. They are an independent company, which in our age of large impersonal mega companies is a welcome relief. I recommend BCD 100% without any reservation.

It is usually one of those things where we end up reminding them about the visit. We used to get a reminder, and then that stopped so we would call them and they would say, "oh yes, we forgot." So, that part of it doesn't run that well. When they come out they are knowledgeable. We have to be here when they come out. They clean up after themselves. When we make the appointment they are here when they say that they are going to be here.

THEY DO OUR YEARLY MAINTENANCE AS WELL. THE SERVICE MANAGER STEVE WARD IS TOP NOTCH. TORY, THE RECEPTION ,HANDLES OUR APPOINTMENTS, SHE IS GREAT. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. TECHNICIANS ARE VERY CLEAN, SMART, FAST, THEY WEAR BOOTIES TO PROTECT THE FLOORING. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. IT IS UNUSUAL TO FIND SUCH A LARGE COMPANY WHO IS STILL SO CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.
