Erik H was the tech who came out for this call, and I am glad he did. He checked things out and made a couple of calls to the office. They had him reaching up into the ducts, climbing through the attic, and several other tasks that did not find the issue. Then he looked around for himself and found that there was a connecting piece (meant to let overflow drain into the big metal pan under my airhandler) that was never put into my drain line system in the original installation . The drain line had plugged, and since the water had nowhere to go, it was backing up and following the ducts into my house, where it was dripping through my ceiling. So Erik cleaned out my drain line and installed the simple piece (THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE ALL ALONG) to allow proper drainage. I was a little upset that such a basic and simple part of my AC system had been missed on Bayside's original install of this system. But thankfully, Erik did a great job, stuck with it, and found the fix that I needed. Obviously, there was no charge for this repair, and I think that his good diagnosis and repair work saved me from what could have turned into a huge leakage and mold problem. Thank you, Erik!

Derrick was excellent! The office called prior to his arrival to remind me and let me know he was going to be on time, which he was. He was very professional and personable. Explained everything in detail as well as answered all my questions. Quick, professional work. Would hire again if we weren’t moving out of state! The people they sent did not give a correct price after I signed agreement I was told they made a mistake in pricing when they came out the second time. I would never recommend for my dog house. Obviously they never called me back with new price.

My only complaint was that there were some larger chunks of dust/debris not cleaned up after they put all the grates back over the vents. Otherwise, they did a great job! The AC sounded so much better. The air feels drastically cleaner. My lungs feel happier. Jim, the initial appointment person, is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the customer.

The value and service was amazing. Great customer service and you genuinely feel they care and appreciate the business. They actually arrived before the appointment window, but gave a courtesy call first to make sure that was ok. I believe my technicians name was Jacob. He was very professional, prompt, and polite. Went above and beyond and was very transparent with everything he was doing and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, but instead took took the cleaning of my system a step beyond without any additional charge. Sometimes the personality of the technician can ruin an experience, but I can honestly say this was the opposite. I will use the company again if the need arises, and suggest you take advantage of their tune up service, or any other service they offer that you may need!

Had a AC check up performed by Jimmy from Bayside. He was extremely professional, answered all my questions and explained what completed. Offered me a preventive maintenance plan with no pressure. Shelly from the office is also great. Followed up to ensure I was happy and satisfied. If you need AC work give them a try!

Bayside Heating & Air did an outstanding job and truly met my needs. I called Bayside because of a referral from a friend. I scheduled an appointment with them for the next day. A representative came out (on time!) to review my current system and since my duct work was original to the house, it definitely needed to be replaced. It was filled with dirt, mold, and bacteria. No wonder my sinuses were so bad! I also needed a new a/c system as well. The representative took the time and explained what current system I had and what would be best for my home as well as my health (new filtration system too!) He also reviewed the price - which was very reasonable considering the amount of work I needed. The following day, a engineer came to my home to custom design a duct system that would provide the best air flow in my home. The current duct system I had was not constructed properly so my home was not receiving enough air flow. No wonder our house was so hot! The work was completed within 2 days. The crew was extremely quiet and respectful while I worked from home. They maintained cleanliness and professionalism throughout the entire process. My house feels and even smells better than ever! Its cold in every part of my home...no more hot spots...no more sweating at night! Please consider Bayside Heating & Air for you a/c and duct system. You will not be disappointed.

Paul arrived on time, checked my HVAC system, addressed my concerns and recommended solutions. He did not pressure me into correcting the problem immediately and left me with reference sheets to review. I will use Bayside in the future.

Have used Bayside a few times now for basic maintenance and very happy with each service visit. I recently purchased a whole house purifier from them and am very happy with it. Prior owners did not do as well with HVAC maintenance (if at all) so ducts are a hot mess. So rather than try and sell me on replacing ducts or cleaning them unnecessarily I got sold on the purifier. Thanks Justin! Been sleeping better at night and not sure that is a coincidence. Plus the office people I talk to are always so nice and pleasant!

KERRY did well. Was very friendly and personal. He gave us some small educated tips and notifications about our air conditioners.

They were excellent, I kept them since they installed the Air Conditioning System 4 years ago, and they have been doing the maintenance for me ever since. They are very honest and fairly priced.

William H did a fabulous job investigating the cause of the drip and resolved the problem in the same visit. I could not ask for better service - thank you!

Kerry was excellent. He was friendly and very informative, no sales BS and he helped me understand the HVAC system. I bought the new APCO Mag-15 whole house air purifier add-on the the UV system based on his recommendation. It is a far better value than the Reem Halo.

Kerry was friendly, efficient, professional and informative. The only small negative comment would be he was a little to pushy on the available Maintenance contract available. Even after explaining me the details and me turning it down, he still persisted. It is a good deal, but I didn't want to decide then. Despite this, I would still use Bayside again and would be happy to have Kerry as my technician.
