Description of Work: After pricing around for the best deal, I finally reached a fantastic decision on Bayside Heating & A/C. They were the nicest people Ive ever delt with. Gary Robinson, the owner, made sure to explain everything to me so I was fully aware of everything that was going on.

Description of Work: BAYSIDE REPLACED AN OLD HEATING/A/C IN OUR GUEST HOUSE. THE OLD UNIT WAS ABOUT 20 YEARS OLD AND THE 2 INSTALLERS WORKED VERY HARD TO PUT THE NEW UNIT IN. THE 2 INSTALLERS WERE WORKING ABOUT 11 HOURS TO GET THE JOB DONE.

Description of Work: I was so impressed with this company, I edned up buying a 3 yr. service contract from them. They went beyond the call of duty to throw in some extras, just because Im with Angies List. I have an old house with an old duct system. There was excess air pressure in the supply plenum, so the tape connecting it to the old duct work blew open & caused a condensation problem that was rusting the drip pan. Bayside taped (which was mostly an extra courtesy so I didnt have to leave a/c off for several more hours on a hot day, while mastic set) and mastices the joint at no extra cost and sprayed some rustproffing paint . Very helpful, explained everything they found clearly, gave me options and then let me decide how I wanted them to proceed. I recommend them highly to anyone.

Description of Work: They came out for routine check and put an electronic gadget on to get rid of the midew. They do good work.

Description of Work: They sent a young man over who installed a unit, which didnt seem to work at all. I finally had another expert come over, who told me they put in a 3-ton unit to replace a 4-ton. They just tap danced around.

Description of Work: Their work in great, but the one guy was on cell phone, personal calls, and I wanted him to finish job. They were upset at my comment along with the owner, Tom. Just think customer relations could have been better.

Description of Work: They Inspected, installed new a/c, & handler. We had another co. come out and my husband was not satisfied. Bayside showed us that we had as much cooling in the attic as in our home. An air leak. Couldnt figure out how other co. missed, just a few weeks before. My son said this morning that the air was so much cleaner with the attic filter we purchased also.
