Very well.
Description of Work: Heat pump outside unit fan stopped working. I called at 11 am, they said they could send a tech from 2-4pm with another call when he is on his way. He called at 1:30 and was here by 2. Within 10 minutes he found the problem: a rattlesnake in the control box (dead!). He removed it, replaced a blown capacitor with a new one from his truck, found that the part was still under warranty, charged the balance and finished everything within an hour. Excellent work.

Description of Work: They installed a new air handler, filter three new ducts and a system to discourage mold. They did a terrific job and I now have a contract with them. The two guys who installed the system worked continuously (could hardly get them to stop for a cold drink) and they had to fit in very small, cramped spaces. People who live in Florida really owe a debt to air conditioning men.

What more can I say...stellar!
Description of Work: This was the 3rd trip that Juan has made to my house so I apologize fro not giving my kudos earlier (busy, busy). Bayside has repaired my A/C superbly twice and this last time Juan checked the system because I felt the compressor was making more noise than expected. They have done an excellent job for me and I highly recommend their services. Thank you Juan & Bayside!!

Description of Work: I try to get some information if they can perform all at one ( AC, Insulation etc ). I call this number and a nice lady ( sorry I forget her name ) was very friendly, helpful. She give me a good suggestion to contact progress energy first to do all the check up. For sure I am considering using this company in case I need to clean/replace my AC..

Description of Work: On time and very professional. They took before and after pictures that they emailed to me. They explained everything very clearly and the job took about 6 hours to complete. Best thing is I can tell a big difference in the flow of air through my ducts and my bills have dropped by about $100 a month!
