Did not fulfill service contract
Description of Work: Called previous day to set up an appointment to check excessive leaking under a/c. When was not called back on following day at 9:3o to schedule a time to come out, I called to set an appointment. The receptionist kept telling me that excessive water coming out was normal; I thought that flooding my downstairs needed to be evaluated. I could not seem to impress on her that I needed an evaluation and I had paid for a contract. I finally hung up and called another company.

There seems to be some confusion or miscommunication here. This customer called and told our dispatcher that their A/C unit was leaking water from the drain pipe outside. The dispatcher told him that it was normal for water to be coming from the drain line, but we would be happy to send a technician by to check. The customer then became angry and hung up? We are sorry for the misunderstanding but we feel it is our obligation to save our customers an unnecessary service call if we can.

It went great.
Description of Work: I am glad the company inspected my AC since another company was trying to charge me 1400 dollars. Bayside inspected my AC and let me know that the other company was using scare tactics to take my money. Bayside charged for the installation of a valve which was the only thing my AC needed.

Description of Work: I respnded to Angie's list Big Deal offer for a/c service. Resspone was prompt,the tech courteous and knowledgeable but spent much trying to sell me service contracts that I told him I was not interested and some lighting fixture that would cost over $1000. I felt the Best Deal offer was a scam and would not use Bayside again and will view further Best Deal offers with a jaundiced eye. I am very disappointed.
