Description of Work: This morning I had the company I have been using for the last 15 years come out to fix my air conditioner which quit last evening. The fan was not spinning and after spending quite a bit of time they told me I needed at least to fix approximately 4 things and from a price perspective I would be better off getting a new system. They are the same company that sold me the system I have in here now, just 7 years ago. That was not going to work for me, so I got on Angie's list and found Bayside Heating & Air, within 45 minutes John D. was here, checked the system and said I think it looks fine, maybe you just need this one part, he called his tech who showed up at the house 30 minutes later (Mike I believe?) He tested the part, tightened some screws and it is working fine. So to say I am pleased is an understatement. We need more honest companies in this world, thanks Bayside!

Very pleased so far.
Description of Work: I've been having issues with my a/c unit leaking water in a hall closet. I had another company come out and look at it. They were supposed to have cleaned and serviced it before I bought the house. Yeah well they didn't. And the leak was getting worse. I called Bayside. They came out that day. Did onsite repairs and determined it needed more. Got in on the schedule for the next day. Tony came back. Spent more than an hour here cleaning and repairing the system. So far, so good!

They did a great job!
Description of Work: My A/C unit had stopped working which we believed was due to freon leak. Bayside was able to get a technician to my home the same day I called and was able to get us up and running that same day. I would definitely use them again. It was a instant improvement.
Description of Work: Scheduled a regular service call for routine maintenance and cleaning. The technician explained everything that he was going to do, the cost, and our options. At the end of his call, he had removed all the mold from our air handler. It was a instant improvement.
