Description of Work: Annual A/C service performed on 10 year old system. Very courteous and explained in simple terms along with a written statement the work performed and the readings of the system. Did not try to upsell me into new equipment since the one i have works great. Definite winner with this service provider!

Description of Work: I had them out to do a routine maintenance. I purchased a 3 year prepay maintenance plan. the problem? Everytime they come, they want me to buy something else - very expensive. the first time it was an ozone air cleaner - I purchased it for 1800 and it smells up my house. the second time they want me to replace my unit which is only 6 years old. what they maintain is great but I will not purchase any more.

The service turned out okay.
Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $44.95 for a 21-point A/C tune-up. I believe they gave an estimate for a new air conditioning system as well. I had just purchased a home and I needed the system replaced.
