Description of Work: The service person was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. Our unit was in great shape as its only a few years old but wanted it serviced because we are planning to sell. He didn't try to "up sell" us on anything, which we appreciated. Overall, from the first phone call with the girls in the office until the serviceman left our home, we had a great experience and a great price from true professionals. Will definitely use again in the future.

Description of Work: The condenser coil clean was additional from the basic clean service. The technician was VERY knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning the unit and drip line and provided a lot of good advice. |I was impressed enough to purchase their service contract and will request the same technician as well.

Description of Work: First, they were able to accommodate us within just a couple of days, which surprised us. Second, they called us to give us 30 minutes advance notice of their arrival so we could plan our day. The technician performed a full service check as per a coupon they had offered. He gave us a couple of recommendations that we need to investigate, along with some price quotes, and answered some questions we had about our system and the pros and cons of changing our system. We would definitely use this company again. They were great.

Description of Work: It was a deal for $49.95 for a 21 point seasonal heating and A/C check-up. The company was nice but the person they sent out was not good. They did call me and tell me that he is no longer with the company.

We dispatched a new technician to do a maintenance service at this customers home about 3 months ago. After he left the customer called and said that she felt he didn't spend enough time doing the service. The manager agreed that he did not complete the job to our standards, so he immediately refunded her money and the tech was terminated. We are sorry you didn't receive the superior level of service that our customers have come to expect. If you ever have a problem with your system in the future, we hope you will give us the chance to make it up to you.

Air Purification systems are like any other appliance or piece of equipment. There are many different models, grades, and price ranges. We used to offer the cheaper systems along with the one that was installed here, but after numerous call backs and complaints we now only carry the system that is private labeled for us and comes with a full lifetime warranty. We always encourage our customers to shop and compare and most people understand that the cheapest is not always the best choice. Thank you for your business.
