Description of Work: They fixed a clogged condenser drain, repositioned the float valve, replaced the thermostat, and checked the charge. |I've used them for all my AC business and recommend them to anyone who needs service.

Description of Work: System was working hard, yet barely cooling if at all. The technician, Kendall, showed up within the time window we were told. Checked out entire system and discovered the problem. Fixed and system back up and running. Kendall was very professional and we were highly impressed with him as well as the overall experience. We have found the company we'll be calling for all of our A/C & heating needs. Thank you.

Description of Work: Installed new ac/heating system including 220 rewiring by certified electrician under their contract. The installers were very courteous,friendly respectful and professional throughout the process. They freely explained what they were doing. They were also aggressive in their approach and did not appear to cut any corners. I was very pleased with with the job from the contract negotiations through the completion of the job. I wish I could remember the names of the installers because they deserve recognition for their performance as well as their contracted electrician from "Boss Electric" who worked into the night without complaint to insure that we would have a/c. I was thoroughly impressed with his concern. Overall I wold call this a zero heartburn experience. I would (and will) recommend Bayside Heating & Air to my friends and anyone who asks. Description of Work: Daniel was very nice, informative and very knowlegable. The 21 point inspection found things that have to be done, and where shown to me, and can be done in a timely manner. I asked a lot of questions and they where all answered. I will have Bayside take care of my heating and air conditioning for now on. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Aaron contacted me and installed a UV light to combat mold and mildew on my a/c unit..he was very easy to understand and took care of the problem right away.

Description of Work: They installed a UV light to kill bacteria in my duct work as well as a few other things.

Description of Work: Initially changed the thermostat becuase unit was not blowing hot air for heat. Had to return to put freon in, and made some type of adjustment to the air hadler/unit in attic. Working fine (for now).
