We have no way of knowing what this customer would be unhappy about. She called last month because her system was not cooling well. We dispatched a service technician and he found her air filter was badly impacted restricting air flow and causing the unit to freeze. Everything else was running well, and we just charged the discount rate of $64.95 for the service call. A manager then called her after seeing her review to see what the problem was but we have not received a return call? We hope she will give us a call back so we discuss her concerns. Description of Work: We called Bayside Air for a second opinion after being told by another highly reviewed company that we needed a new air conditioning unit because ours was 9 years old and not worth the money for the repair. The service technician from Bayside Air came out. He told us our unit was not even 8 years old and checked to see if it was still under warranty. Unfortunately it was not but He did not even mention getting a costly new unit. Our motor was blown and needed to be replaced but told us it was worth the cost. He was came across as honest and not trying to up sell us on anything. I could tell he really was good at his job and enjoyed it. Will definitely be calling them again.

Description of Work: This was a system evaluation and check on an Angie's Deal. The tech was very thorough and professional. He did a great job explaining items he found with the system and gave me an honest evaluation of the situation. I have found others in the past who go right into a strong sales pitch as soon as they get on the premises, often before they even give the system a good look. My system is older and in it's final days, Bayside will get first right of refusal on quoting and getting the job to replace.
