We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We offer very affordable yearly maintennance agreemnts, with bi-annual service, for more reliable comfort. Our agreement customers enjoy priority service, discounts on repairs, and discounted or free diagnostic fees during normal business hours. Ask about our Bayside Comfort Club. Description of Work: Previously had Nuccio air out to fix my unit and it broke down AGAIN within 4 hours of thier tech guy leaving. Checked Bayside review here with Angie's list and I am happy to say they were wonderful!! The service guy, Steve- super polite, knowledgeable and fixed what the Nuccio guy left undone! Simple fix- float switch was left by Nuccio laying in insulation and in engaged position Bayside saved the day for me and my panting dogs!
