They gave a great Angie's List Discount so I ended up getting a whole new system. They also did some additional duct work. Everyone was neat and clean. They went above and beyond. They just sent me a $250 for a credit on a part they didn't end up using. They also did the installation incredibly fast.

The estimate they gave us was $1,000 more than any other ones we got. They over charged us on the lights. They were nice folks, just were not honest with us.

MECHANIC WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERFORMED COMPLETE INSPECTION SERVICE OF HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. AS A RESULT OF THE VISIT WE PURCHASED A ONE YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT.

They're fantastic. They call me to remind me when they are coming. They are very honest about work that needs to be done. They even tell me when its covered by warranty, which they can't handle because they're not a dealer.

The man who called me gets an A all the way across the board. The technician receives a C. He didn?t send the warranty he was suppose to. The company is going to send me the warranty. I had to clean all of the vents and I have very high ceilings.

THEY INSTALLED A WHOLE HOUSE AIR SYSTEM. THEY WERE ON TIME AS A PART OF THEIR APPOINTMENT. THEY CAME IN, DID THE WORK, AND THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE. THEY HAD DETAILED PAYMENT OPTIONS AND WERE TOTALLY BONDED. THE YEARLY SERVICE IS A GOOD THING TO HAVE BECAUSE THEY CAN FIND PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY GET TO BE MAJOR.

The quote was $5519 which he wrote on the back of his business card. There was no break out on how he came up with $5519. The installer said that if I put the air handler on the side wall that I didn't need the pump. Since the quote included a pump I assumed the final price would be less than the quote, but it was not. They came out 3 days later to install a different piston in the air handler to better match the condenser. I don t know why they didn't check compatibility between the units before leaving the shop. Did I get a mixed matched unit? Also, there was no mention of the 13SEER law. When I did the research with the serial number on our unit, it was a 10SEER around $1899. Where did the remaining $3600 go? After asking 3 times for an itemized bill, I was mailed a bill that had one line with the AC unit size and $5519 in the price column.

I believe I was given a fair price for the work that was done. However, after the work was done, they said they needed to do more work to make the cooling consistent throughout the house. I think this should have been addressed during the original estimate, as this was one of my first complaints. After the installation, they wanted to have additional money, which I do not feel is fair.

The technician was very friendly. I felt it was too much of a sales call, though.

Their service was pretty good. They're very quick and on the ball when it comes to doing things. The unit did not pass inspection, and they came out immediately to fix it. They seem to be a very honest and upstanding company.

They were excellent but were a B in price.

Great experience! First, Matt came out to give me an estimate, and he was so pleasant and easy to talk to. I felt free to ask questions, and he gave me straight forward answers, even though I had no idea what we needed in the way of air conditioning. Douglas and Ian came out to install everything and were also professional and courteous. It must have been hard to work in such a small house with all of us doing our own thing, but they made no complaints, were were prompt, and even cleaned up after themselves. Yea Bayside Air!

They did a good job on installation and one of them was in the attic during extreme heat. They cleaned up well. I got a year of free service, but when they came back to service, they said that I only had the free service on one of them. Luckily, I had my paperwork when they told me that I only have one of them so they honored the contract and said it was a computer glitch. I would use them again.

The installation took approximately 5 hours. The 2 young men were neat, clean, quiet and did a great job. With the cold snap in Florida during this time period, I appreciate very much that Bayside responded quickly and efficiently so that I could have heat in my home. I would most definitely recommend and use Bayside for any heating or A/C needs.

THEY EXPLAINED CLEARLY HOW I COULD CARE FOR UNIT. THEY NEEDED ONE THING THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO FINISH JOB. THEY CAME BACK WITH IT NEXT DAY.

The serviceman who provided the services was extremely thorough and provided explanation for each task he performed. I was impressed that he arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled to arrive. I was so impressed by his work, professionalism, and friendliness, that I purchased a 3 year service agreement with this company which provides for a twice/year cleaning. This was $277.00 and included today's visit, as well as a duct fogging at no additional charge.

Fast and friendly service. Would use them again.

Called for service when heating system was blowing out only cool air. Phone staff very nice and helpful. Service staff scheduled to come out the same afternoon. But we ended up canceling when we found and resolved the problem ourselves. I would definitely call them again if needed based simply on the customer service we received on the phone and their eagerness to help.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATED OUR SCHEDULES VERY WELL.

The estimator was a polite and professional salesman. I received an estimate from another company, high on your list, who felt that cleaning our ducts was unnecessary. However, he said if we wanted it done, they would clean the ducts for $750. He did not recommend UV saying there was no hard evidence that UV was effective.

MIKE, IS GREAT AT ANSWERING EVEN THE MUST OFF THE WALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING INSTALL. INSTALLERS VERY MOTIVATED TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS.

WE HAD THREE - COUNT 'EM, THREE - SERVICE PROVIDERS COME AND ''FIX'' OUR HEATING & A/C UNIT IN THE PAST TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD BECAUSE THE HEAT WOULDN'T WORK. AFTER ONE SUCH ''FIX'', MY PARTNER BROUGHT ME AND OUR BABY HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL AFTER I HAD HER DURING A VERY COLD SPELL LAST WINTER - TO NO HEAT! IT HAS BEEN A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. WE FINALLY CALLED BAYSIDE DURING THE COLD SPELL WE HAD A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS ON ANGIE'S LIST BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN, THE HEAT WOULDN'T WORK. THEY SENT SOMEONE THE SAME DAY, WHO RE-WIRED THE UNIT AND TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT PROBLEMS HAD BEEN CAUSED BY THE EARLIER ATTEMPTS TO ''FIX'' THE UNIT. IT IS WORKING LIKE A CHARM (BOTH THE HEAT AND THE A/C, WHICH HAD ALSO BEEN MALFUNCTIONING) AND WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. SAME DAY SERVICE, GREAT TECH, VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND TWO VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS! WE WON'T CONSIDER ANYONE ELSE BUT BAYSIDE IN THE FUTURE FOR ANY HEATING & A/C NEEDS.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR SCHEDULE WAS ALSO FLEXIBLE - THE JOB WAS PERFORMED ON A SATURDAY SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK.
