Trina coordinated everything from the electrician, plumber, tile person, glass person and everything went beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

Their workmanship was faulty. They tried to bully me into giving them a key to my house when I wasn't there. The technician who was demolishing the kitchen cabinets wanted to install the new cabinets even though I hadn't had the flooring, painting, etc. done yet. They told me that if I didn't give them a key to my house that they would terminate me. They were not nice people to work with and their workmanship is not what they say it is. They did not finish the project and all the work they did was very rushed. I had to hire someone else to finish the work which was an additional expense.

Everyone in the company was very professional and wonderful. Trina and the team in the showroom were really helpful and helped us pick out the best design features for our space. The sub-contractors were very professional and answered any questions we had. The tile guy especially went above and beyond to make sure the pattern of the tiles, grout colors, etc. were what we wanted. We were clueless about a lot of the aspects going into a remodel but it didn't matter as everything was handled for us. They were very flexible if we wanted to pick out products from other stores and the contract price was very reasonable. Would definitely work with them again.

Bathroom came out great but took forever Wood floors through out house some issues with the floors in the bedroom company ordered new wood and replaced at no charge Pricy but company is for people who want quality work done issues related to job but not caused by workers were resolved with no blame or argument easy company to deal with

They were superb. They're "A" across the board. They're fabulous. Every single person who came into our house was pleasant. They did a great job. They didn't have the attitude. They're pleasant all the way down the line. It all went very well.

I would highly recommend this company! I've been through many remodels and this company shines with professionalism. They were on time and on budget. Everyone in the company was super to work with and very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions and the work completed was perfection. We are very happy!

Very professional and helpful in the showroom but not pushy. They helped me calculate the amount of tile I needed and let me take sample boards home. The tile was ordered and arrived on time. The only drawback is that they're pricier than their competitors but you get what you pay for. I went into two other tile stores and was ignored. I needed help in making my decision and I didn't want to make any mistakes. They gave me their full attention from start to finish.

We were very pleased with the work and professional manner of everyone involved. We had a great deal of tiles to choose from and no pressure sales pitches when we told them we would look at several companies. They were in the middle range and we had already seen them listed on Angie's List. The only problems we had was they bought the wrong tile but quickly replaced it with the correct tile and the toilet they installed didn't work so they went out the same day and got us another, upgraded model, at no cost to us. We are planning on using this company again to complete our other bathroom and finish up the detail work in the bedroom as well as lay new tile throughout the master suite.

Trina Russo came out to measure. She gave us a bunch of ideas, she really knows her stuff. She quoted tile, wood, carpet and baseboards. They make it so easy. Very good company.

It went pretty well. The job ended up very well. The guy they sent did a good job. They arrived kind of unprepared for the job that they had contracted him to do. So there was a lack of preparation and a little on the left hand and not knowing what he was doing. Overall, I can’t complain about the job. They did it in a timely fashion. We were very happy with the result. There were a couple of glitches in it that were kind of disappointing but it was an overall good experience.

It was excellent. They were very professional, gave me advise on how to clean it myself, were and punctual. The floor was great after they left. They spent a lot of time on the floors and really took time to do what I needed done. They cleaned it all out. It was great when they were finished. The price was reasonable for what they did and they were here for 6 hours. The owner did actually came and did the quote. I called them and called me right back, scheduled for her to come, and assessed what I wanted cleaned and gave me the quote. The business was really well done. They were right on time, came exactly when they said they are going to, took a lunch break and told me when they'd be back and they were back the time they said. I had one area where it wasn't quite dry so they stayed on the ground and couldn't stand on it, so he actually came out on his own time the next morning and cleaned the small area in my shower. I would definitely use them in the future.

She was here last Friday to give me an estimate for the work. She was prompt, professional, called me back to check in and I plan to have her do the work. So far so good and I intend to pick out the tile this weekend.

From the beginning estimate through to the finished product, I was very satisfied with their work. The salesperson, whose name I believer was Trina, was very knowledgeable and helpful during the selection of materials. And she was always available for any questions or concerns I had. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the installer. But he continuously and very hard to get the job done right. I would definitely recommend Bay Tile.

From the beginning, we were impressed with Trina - the owner - for her clarity and willingness to answer questions. Her estimate was not the least expensive, but we chose her company because of her presentation and obvious skills. When the work started, Richard was outstanding in all aspects as the quality of his work in installing the new cabinets and mirrors was over the top. We chose the granite from the recommended supplier in Tarpon Springs, and Cy did an excellent job installing and sealing the counters and backsplashes. He had to return a third time because the electrician had not mounted the GFI plug in the right place. Clayton's work in fixing and finishing the walls was very professional and of good quality. His only negative was the fact that he did not clean up after himself. We had to buy a new medicine cabinet and spend some time cleaning up his over sprays and messes. The plumbers also did an outstanding job in installing the new Moen faucets. But, they also were remiss in cleaning up after themselves. When we discussed these issues with Trina she was apologetic and gave us a $100.00 reduction in her fee.

Trina and her crew were excellent! Very professional and very helpful in picking out the right flooring for our home. Trina comes out to perform the estimate and has a keen eye for design and color. This helped us a lot. Their showroom is wonderful with a full selection of flooring and tile as well as kitchen and bath displays. Everything is of the highest quality and the prices are competitive with the discount flooring companies once you add in the removal of old flooring and the installation and cleanup. The job was completed on time and the crew was wonderful and went above and beyond in helping me move my furniture and the many boxes we had due to our recent move in as I had back surgery and could not lift. You couldn't ask for nicer guys. You can search in the big box stores and discount sellers for a cheaper price but have to watch for the hidden charges that our friends found out about after they had signed the contract. When we calculated what they were going to spend and what we spent; it came out to almost the exact same price! We only had to deal with one company and Trina's crew has been with her for over 10 years so you won't get some unknown subcontractor doing your work. We plan to replace all of our kitchen cabinets and both bathroom vanities and will definitely use Bay Tile again!

First impression was good....strong project management, immediate and firm price estimate. However, the designer was much better at the project management than with the actual design. Too many times the design sounded really good, but the end-result was poor. Also, the provider ended up designing the main cabinetry to what they thought was "gorgeous", but was not what we agreed upon. The cabinet design was brought back to our specs, but we were charged for both (now we just have extra drawer fronts sitting in a closet). When the tile guy got tired of fixing the imperfections we pointed out to him towards the end of the job (he had already started the next job), he became rather impolite and his work became sloppy. He never fixed it the way it should have been fixed--we ended up with a partially mis-matched glass tile border. The owners and staff are very pleasant, and tried to fix all issues....it just didn't turn out as I expected, especially for the cost. Lessons learned....if your instinct tells you something's not right, don't be talked into accepting!!

Denise in the showroom was very helpful and patient as I selected my preferred tile. Trina who came out to measure was very efficient, not overly personable, but professional. She rushed the job as my request for which I was very grateful. Guys who came out were efficient and did quality work. No complaints. Very well done.

They were very efficient. I had a very short time frame to do the work in; they completed it as promised, and did a great job. I thought their price was good too.

The measurer came to my home last week and we discussed the kitchen cabinets, install needs, etc. I liked him and wanted to work with them. He stated the estimate would be in my email the next day (Tues). I called their office last Friday.... I am still waiting for the estimate...but moving to a different provider for the job.

The help we received at their showroom was fantastic. The entire installation was done by Tim and he was friendly and very professional. We could not have asked for a better installer and his work was fantastic.

Went in to store to pick out a tile and get an estimate. Had used this company before, so was hoping to do so again if I could find a tile I liked and the price was right. The sales rep helped me to find a tile that I liked. Came back a few days later with my wife and we finalized on the choice of tile. Trina came out to the house at the requested time and gave me an estimate. I then went back to store a few days later with my wife to once again be sure on the tile. We made a slight change in color and Trina gave me a final quote. We set up a date for installation. Tim came and ripped out my old tile, taking care to minimize the resulting dust that is created. He finished up in the expected time and did a great job. He was very careful and attentive to all the little details and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after he was finished.. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bay Tile for any of your tile needs.

They were great. They did a super job. They cleaned up after themselves, no mess at all. Their price was not the cheapest, but it was very competitive. I thought they were worth the little bit extra over some other people. I would recommend them to anybody.

Not sure how to rate this company. Mike came out and was very professional and provided a graphic layout and price via email. I told him it was more than what I had budgeted, he said via email " We certainly do offer a pre-manufactured cabinet line called Mid Continent Cabinetry.It is comparable to Kraftmaid,but has more in the way of size selection. This way we are able to offer a more customized design.I will redesign your kitchen using this product. We offer the same guarantees as the custom built cabinets,and the price is significantly lower.The main difference is that these cabinets are constructed with a fiber board materiel. The doors are still solid wood,but come in a more limited stain choice. I will have the new design and revised bid sent to you within a few days."I've never heard back from him. I tried several attempts by email asking him about this but no responses.

They came right out the next day and they had all the work done within the next few hours. They also cleaned up the mess they had made.
