Description of Work: I own a Bait and Tackle Company. When the chiller went out on our shrimp tanks, I knew we were looking at one big headache. Finding someone competent to work on such a specialized system was not going to be easy. I called around to other shops ... recommendations were few and what I did get inspired little faith. Then I thought of trying Angie's List. I typed in 'chillers' and up popped Bay Area Mechanical. Despite a very busy day for them, Matt Frizzle worked me into their day's schedule - he was at my store at 6:00 PM that evening! His diagnosis was thorough, he was obviously knowledgeable and I could feel my anxiety level beginning to dissipate. Matt and his partner Bill replaced and where necessary, rebuilt our 'quirky' marine chiller system. I could not be happier with the results. Matt and Bill have a positive, can do approach ... they know what they're doing ... and that says it all:! . My thanks to Bay Area Mechanical.! They practice and deliver true customer service.
