+ -1 moreIt saves me money in the long run. I check with a other company ad they were comparable. I have not had any issues with their providers. I have had one part replaced on my washer three times.
Description of Work: It covers my appliances and the service call. If I call them out they will send someone to pretty quickly.

+ -1 moreve to wait several days to get a repairman"look" at the problem, then decide, then sumit
Description of Work: My wife and I had bought a GE Profile Refridgerator about 6 years ago. Well, last Thanksgiving, our 4 and 1/2 year refridgerator, started to go. Calls to Assurant Solutions did very little to even try to help. We where told we would have to wait several days for a repairman to "look" at the problem and then decide what to do. After we told the rep. that the temperture in the refridgerator was rising, he told us to try and call a repairmen and see if we could get a person there sooner, then smmit the bill and they may pay it.After buying a new refridgerator, we called to cancell the policy and get a refund on unused policy. they kept giving the wrong fax numbers, claimed they never got any of the faxe and give another number. Last phone call, they hung up in my wifes ear. Last time I ever do business with them.

+ -1 moreThis is the company that took over the policies for Circuit City. All I have to do is pick up the phone and they are here right away. They are nice people and this fix your appliance without question.
