ASIC Security Pros is great! They are honest and have great customer service. We had cameras installed at a place of business and they work great. The quality you get on theses cameras are way better then any cameras we have had in the past. They even set us up with the app to view the cameras from our phone no matter where you go. It went great. It was fast and it is working good.

Went fine . Owner, Tony showed up on time with his crew and installed eight cameras. It took me a while to figure out how to use this equipment and I made phone calls to Tony asking questions and he returned my calls in a fair amount of time. The cameras were installed in Oct 2017 and it is now August 2018. Here is the problem. A few evenings ago we had a summer storm here in st Pete and I noticed the soffit had come loose from the wind . The camera and soffit were dangling in the wind still attached to the wiring. I had always been under the impression that the cameras were attached to the wood trim underneath the soffit for support. I called Tony and he said due to the light weight of the cameras it was common practice just to attach them to the soffit. Sorry, just hard to believe a security installation company would even think of attaching cameras to a flimsy soffit, no support at all. Tony and I ended our call. I called two other installation companies here in Tampa Bay and one of them was honest enough to say installing the cameras to the soffit was Not common practice. This is not to say this company bad, I am just thinking how much time they saved. Thank You

Arrived on time, knowledgeable, and polite.

The owner showed up on time as promised. He has a crew of two, Richard and Ron. All three pitched in and went straight to work. All day long , no lunch. They did a terrific job, Ron did a final clean up which I thought was great customer service. Tony Rodriquez stayed and explained a little bit about how to use the system. I have gotten stuck a few times in the past few days after installation but I am able to contact Tony and he explains what to do over the phone. Great customer service ! Can’t complain.

The owner of the company Tony Rodriguez ASIC Security and his installers were here through out the install, no breaks or a long lunch. They were very professional and capable. I have had a lot of work done on my home on the bay. I have spent over one hundred-fifty thousand dollars, and in every case if the owner showed up at all, it was just an appearance and then he left. In most cases the help do a much better job if the boss is in the trenches with them. TRUST ME, if you need SURVEILLANCE and you want a fair price, most were way over priced and a GREAT JOB don't hesitate to CALL THEM !

Tony and Richard came to set up my alarm system. They were great at what they did and knew what they were doing. Had the system set up in an hour. Went over settings with us and made us feel comfortable before leaving. Also called to follow up a couple of days later to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Tony R. to anyone who needs an alarm, surveillance, or access control systems.
