They certainly provided the best price, as I had higher quotes ( $9,000 and $8,000) for the same work and quality of product. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the materials being used. They did a good job and I am pleased with my nice new roof. The only things that I did not like was that It took a long time to get the work started ( over a week) and then a long time to get the job finished ( it stretched out over 2 week ends and into the next week). I also did not get any communication from the company on the schedule ( when they would start, when they would be back to finish), and had to call them to get any updates or a time line. I also had to push them to get done, as I was on a strict time schedule of when the work needed to get finished.

I should not have been charged extra for the repair. I had to sweep off the low spot for 10 months to prevent a leak. The original bid for the roof was $19,000 - they ended up charging us $22,000. Somewhere in all that I should be guaranteed a roof without excessive standing water or leaks. There is a small amount of water in the area still but it dries up on its own. Thank you Anmar for finally finishing my roof - it only took one day and 10 months! Thank you Angie's List for all your help!
