+ -1 moreHe called us and requested to purchase our window film. We told him that our normal procedure is to run the purchase on a credit card until his payment reputation was established with our company. He came up with a great story about why we wanted to pay with a check and we accepted his promise to pay by return mail and shipped him the product. Week after week and month after month we have called for his payment. He promises to send the payment but never does. He started recognizing our number and wouldn't answer his phone when we called, so we called from a different number and got through to him immediately. He promised yet again to pay, but in the end he is just cheating us out of our payment. He cannot be trusted.
