+ 0 moreThey are still in progress but the attention to detail is amazing. The crew is very accommodating to schedules and very friendly. One person in particular that has been super is Rick (sorry I don't know his last name).
Description of Work: My condo association hired this company to pressure wash and paint our buildings at St Tropez so I have no knowledge of pricing.

+ -1 moreIt went great. They came several times to paint inside and outside of my house last eight years ago. They did deck work and did an excellent work as well. They were efficient and eager to please. They actually changed the paint on my deck once and they didn't charge me extra to do that. I happened to change my mind quickly but they were eager to please just to get to the right color. I have no complains.

+ 0 moreEntire job was completed over 9 weeks and the results were excellent. Painted stucco and wood trim had evenly painted surfaces. There were no noted paint splatters on windows, or on patios and decks. Workers were very courteous, friendly, and cooperative with individual owners daily routines. Before leaving each day, they effectively cleaned all working areas.
Description of Work: Al Green was contracted by my Condominum Home Owner's Association to pressure wash and paint the exterior of 4 2- story buildings containing 32 condo units, along with 32 individual garages. 32 garage and unit door, and 16 stairways. Job included: exterior primer/sealant coat, White and Gray Trim water-based and enamel painting..
