 + -1 moreThey are excellent! They installed the new system 3 years ago (after looking at 5 different contractors for the job), and have been doing the maintenance since then. Peter, their service tech, is very methodical and polite. He pointed out some things that needed to be done and they stand behind their warranty, so I only had to pay for labor.
Description of Work: They did the yearly maintenance on my Trane HVAC system.

 + -1 moreWe like them. They are very good overall. They are very reliable. They are very reasonable with prices. They are very prompt with the service and calls. I would rate them more than good. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Air One of Pinellas/Airus Mechanical. We did use them last month and also last year we bought a new set of air conditioner for the house.

 + -1 moreThe job went extremely well!! I had a challenging environment in that the old air handlers were in a small mechanical room in the attic with narrow doors and access, which greatly extended the time it took to replace the units. I was replacing old units with higher SEER units which were larger than the old units. They essentially had to tear down the mechanical room and rebuild it. I cannot be happier with the outcome! The new room looks much better than the old one (the old one was basically slapped together, but the new room looks a lot more finished, as they sealed the cracks, etc and made it bigger). They threw a lot of manpower on the job, and each of the workers, who are not contractors but direct employees of the company, were very professional, punctual and courteous. And I shopped around a lot and their prices were extremely competitive. While others tried to sell me stuff I didn't need, Air One was very honest and I truly felt they were being honest consultants. Like I said, I could not have been happier with the whole experience and I would highly recommend this company.
