They came out, found the problem and fixed it fast, they courteous and very professional. If anything happens again they’ll be the ones we call.

The previous AC company I used did not install the safety / float switch correctly. As a result, I had a water overflow / ceiling damage from water falling from air handler in my attic to ceiling and floor below. Air Care came to my house in Feather Sound quickly and identified the cause of the problem so it will not happen again. The technician was polite and hard-working. After fixing the switch in the attic, he patiently got the Bryant AC system to restart / reboot and also replaced the broken hurricane / tie-down straps on the AC condenser outside the house.

OVER CHARGED for a Brief Fix to the Problem and I had to call another company to repair the unit. After Air Care’s poor service, I called McConnell Air Conditioning. They checked the unit and fixed the issue. Air Care's technician was nice, but not thorough. He took my garden hose and said he cleaned out the drain line that is outside. He also poured something down the line at the unit. For this 15 minutes Air Care charged $187.50. I let him know this was steep, as other people in the complex paid a lot less for cleaning the drain line. He confirmed maintenance, which he said was around $70, would have had more processes done. He said I didn’t schedule a maintenance and I guess he did not want to perform those services, since he was getting over double the cost. The woman who called to follow up the next day was very unpleasant, when I told her that I felt Air Care over charged for just cleaning the line. She kept trying to justify the expense and did not like it when I disagreed. She verified they charged a service call – called it a diagnostic – even thought their website has ”FREE Service Call with Repairs”. I left it, now knowing that Air Care does not care about repeat business or care about customer service. I guess if Air Care’s technician had diagnosed the unit, he would have found the actual problem. Also, they said they take credit cards, but technician did not want to take it. He wanted me to write a check.

Robert is very thorough. Judy in the office is very accommodating. Robert has never been late. Very prompt! Judy will call to help narrow the times down.

Robert has been servicing my a/c for a few years now. He seems to really care about his work and I have come to trust him. I have recommended this company to several neighbors in my condo complex. Those neighbors have all told me they were pleased. Robert last came to check my unit and when he went up on the roof took a photo with his phone to point out a few signs that it was time to replace the compressor and handler. I live in a condo and the compressor is 7 stories up on the roof. The handler is in my bedroom closet.It is a small space with a pop corned ceiling and the parts are near impossible to get to. Robert suggested removal of the handler and putting on wall of the closet. This would be best for service of new unit and cost efficient in the long run. I would not have known to do that. I trust Roberts knowledge and he fully explained what would need to be done. A new intake was created in the hall,so a cut in drywall with a new vent etc. My a/c was a good 12-15 years old. Robert came early and on time with his assistant and a fork lift truck. These guys worked for a good 9 hours. I am very happy with what was done and have confidence in Robert to continue to care for my a/c as well as my neighbors. Living as I do in Florida it is an important relationship. Robert even came back yesterday to work on re-directing my vents as I needed more air directed to the master bedroom. Robert solved the problem at no cost. Since this is a huge expense it is good to know I have been treated fairly. Thanks so much!

Called them on Saturday and they came within an hour of my call. Part was not available that day but they paid to have it air shipped and made the repair as soon as they received the part. After the repair, that night the a/c went out again. Called them the next morning at 6am and left message. They came at 8am and found that the breaker switch was faulty so they replaced it. Service was prompt and I feel they completed the repairs as quickly as possible and at a fair price.

The air conditioner is still working 12 years later. They did a good job.

I have used Air Care for a numger of years. They are always very quick to respond to our needs even after hours. We have used them for general maintenance and for cleaning and for various levels of service for 5 years now. When one of the units in our home stopped blowing cold air, we called them again. They were here within an hour. Regrettably, a main piece of equipment was broken and they had to order a part, which came in a day. They came back out, completed the repairs and all is well again. They are always on time, professional and take great care in our home. I have and will recommend this company to anyone who needs heating and/or AC services.

They have replaced a thermostat, the one I had seemed to be perfectly fine. He said it wouldn't work with what he just put in the air conditioner. I asked him about what he put in, but I had no idea what he was talking about. He came out this time, and was going to charge me $65. I told him to have the owner call after he has looked at my account and determine if he should charge this after all I had paid. He didn't tell me, but he shut the unit off. I called the boss, and the boss told me he told the employee to shut it off since I wouldn't pay and hung up on me. I had another company out and he told me the unit had been shut off.

He was very polite and in a uniform. He came back out in about ten days and he replaced the contactor and he told me that I would probably need to replace my air conditioner in a year or two. He was not high pressure and he was pleasant and very efficient.

They've even come out for and emergency, were out in less than an hour, and didn't charge us hardly anything. We've had them out four times over the past year. The approximate cost is for a regular service call, the emergency call was only around $103.

They are responsive and do very good work. Their prices seem to be reasonable, and they stick to their estimates. They pull permits, when required, and they do everything that they are supposed to do. I really like them. They are professional.

I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT TO BE TAKEN BY A COMPANY TRYING TO OVERCHARGE ME. HE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. HE WAS GREAT! HE WAS A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN. I HAD AN UNUSUAL FILTER THAT WAS PRETTY OLD AND HE MADE ME ONE AT NO CHARGE. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID WOULD.
