ordered in December 2022. 554.00. After the initial email confirmation, nothing. NO response. Just spent another hour waiting on hold, finally it put me into their vmail box and I left a message. Zero response. I also filed a BBB complaint. If you're having trouble, please file a BBB or Atty Gen complaint against them right away.

I have been trying to contact them with no reply to my emails or phone messages. Ended up filing a complaint with the better business bureau and they have not gotten any responses. It's been 4 months and nothing. This place is a total scam!!

Do not order from them! I ordered a cover Monday, they didn't give a lead time, so I called Wednesday and they said 16-24 weeks. On Thursday, I told them to cancel the order but they said it will cost $150 after 24hrs even though there is no way any money was spent on the order, given the lead time. Seems many people are in the same boat with them. I filed a BBB complaint and will see what happens. Seems that even if they end up shipping it, there's a good chance of it being damaged with inadequate shipping protection.

I ordered a hot tub cover that they had in stock. Color says charcoal. When I received it. It is medium gray. I can tell it's medium gray as it has a green hue to it. I emailed them with photos. I even took a washed out charcoal towel as a reference for color. The sent me back a partial color pallet (they were sure to nit include the medium gray in their photo). I sent them one back including all their colors. They say that their colvers are not refundable or returnable. Basically they give ever excuses not to be accountable. When you call and get their announcement. They say they have the highest customer service. This is not true. STAY away from this company. Also to add to this. The cover came from Coverlex. When you call them. The voice mail is full. Other customers have complained about the same situation.

this is by far the worst company ever. I also believe that they are fraudulent in their services. I ordered a hot tub cover in June 2021 and paid for it via my credit card. At the time of the order they processed payment. Most companies do not process payment until the item is being shipped, especially when they anticipate a delay. I was told it would be four weeks before delivery and it is now the end of April 2022 and I still do not have the cover. Not once did they initiate communication with me to tell me about the delay. they stated it was supply chain issues and that it would be another two months. The two months would pass and I would inquire again and then they said it would be another two months. That was all a lie. The last time I inquired they said the product wouldn’t be delivered until July 2022, which is over a year from when I ordered it. When I asked for a cancellation via email, the woman said I had to call on the phone to cancel. When I called she told me that they could not credit my credit card company and that instead I would receive a checkIn the mail in 2 to 3 weeks. It has been over a month and I still have not received the check. Not only will I be working with my credit card company too fight discharge, I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Don’t do business with this company. A lot of people have suffered through the pandemic but yet upfront communication can make a world of difference. This company did not do that and instead relied on their customers to inquire with them. Even when you go to their website they talk about fast and reliable shipping on the front page. That’s a lie. There is small red print on one of the pages that says it may take about a few extra weeks, but even that’s a lie. They even mention expedited shipping for five days, if that truly exist then why aren’t they doing that for all of the customers that have been waiting over a year. Beware, you will not get your money back from this company. I can’t even believe that it’s still operating.

RRECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT AND HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - I purchased a replacement hot tub cover and paid for expedited manufacture. The cover came damaged with a tear in the seal. I had to contact shipper for pick up of damaged cover. While company (Nancy L) wrote several emails claiming that the company would replace the damaged cover, they refused to replace the cover. I contacted company expecting replacement cover and only then did they indicate they hadn't received information from their shipper. I provided information from shipper on pick up of damaged cover and then the company went radio silent and never communicated with me again. I disputed charge with AMEX who charged back the account. I attempted to resolve the dispute and was put on hold for 30 minutes for Nancy. CONSUMER BEWARE. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Avoid – Poor Quality/Horrible Service I have used spas for 30 years and ordered many covers over that time. In my opinion, this is the worst $389.00 cover I have ever had. In my opinion, It is poor quality and cheaply made. I would avoid this company at all cost. I will never do business with them again. I ordered a spa cover from them in August 2019 and didn’t receive it until December 2019. After months of waiting, the cover was made completely wrong. I spoke to 3 staff about strap placement on separate occasions and they still put them in the wrong place. The cover arrived ripped also. It is a cheaply made, poor quality vinyl compared to all others I have owned. They would not refund my money after waiting 4 months for delivery of a substandard spa. Horrible unresponsive customer service.

We have yet to receive the cover. I chose this particular company over many others because of the promised shipping time listed on their website. "48 hours, no one can ship faster than us". Well, we ordered our cover on Feb. 23. 2011. Payment was immediatly processed on our credit card. After one week, no cover. I e-mailed, called 3 listed numbers, 2 were disconnected the other I left a message & call back #. 2 days later, I repeated this process. Finally, after a third try I received an e-mail back that our cover was completed. This was March 3. I tracked the package online to find it had just left the factory in Florida by way of truck line. scheduled delivery date...March 14. By my calculations that is 192 hours not 48. The problem is, we were going to leave for a family member's funeral on Monday March 7 but now we cannot leave until the 15th so we can recieve our spa cover?????I AM LIVID! Here is the word people AFFORDABLE SPA COVERS LIE just to get attention and have no business scruples NOR reply to inquiries. If I ran my business like them, I would be out of business in a heart beat!
