Affordable Rescreening

I call and left a message, which was returned within about 5 minutes. Spoke to I think Shawn He said he would stop by the next day to take a look at the job. Never showed up. I called again, but no return call.

Shawn showed up on time and finished on time. He cleaned up after he finished. He did a great job.

Initially, under the previous owner, service was good. Product knowledge was good. But with the new owner, all that has changed.

He was really nice when I first called and we set up an appointment for a week later. The appointment time came and he never showed up and never called. I finally called him about 45 minutes later and he pretty much gave me the run-around, saying that he got tied up on another job, that they were really busy and he would call me back in a half hour to let me know if they would be able to come out that day to give me an estimate. It has been probably 3 weeks since then and I have never heard from anyone from the company. I was livid that I wasted my time and patience waiting around for someone who had no intention of showing up or even giving the courtesy of a phone call. They may be affordable, but I never had the chance to find out and have no desire to find out now. I have since told a few people to never hire Affordable Re-screening because obviously customer satisfaction is not a priority.

The name of the company is ''Affordable Rescreening'', but it may as well be ''Not Dependable Rescreening.'' I tried repeatedly to have Shawn Schaper replace a couple of pool enclosure panels. Appointment after appointment was either missed or canceled. This went on for weeks. He never calls back if you leave a message. If you are lucky enough to have him answer the phone, be prepared for every excuse in the book. Examples include: ''another enclosure will cause me a delay'', ''I forgot'', ''I fell'', ''the weather'', ''I'm under the weather'', and on and on. He seems like a nice guy, but I think he needs to learn how to say NO when he just can't schedule a job. Don't keep stringing on a customer week after week. And of course, return a phone call because it's good business but also good courtesy.

NOBODY HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. I KNEW THAT RESCREENERS WERE EXTREMELY BUSY ON ACCOUNT OF THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE HURRICANES BUT I THOUGHT BY NOW THEY SHOULD BE CAUGHT UP. NO MORE EXCUSES.

THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB IN THE PAST BUT WERE SLOW TO RESPOND. NOW I CAN'T GET THROUGH AS THE VOICE MAILBOX IS ALWAYS FULL.
