We bought an extended warranty. They are a good company. The workers are fine. They did it all to completion.

Well. Needed some follow up as a large project but they came through with all they promised.

Wonderful! Both downstairs AC systems were replaced in one day by two crews. Inside air handlers, outside compressor units, and thermostats were removed, then new units installed, including large media air filters.. One thermostat was relocated. The air handler hanging in the garage needed new ductwork since it was larger than the old unit. The work crews cleaned up everything before they left. Now we have two new Trane XV20i heat pumps with a SEER of 21.

Excellent service. Our unit quit on a Saturday. We called 5 or so of the highly rated companies on Angie's List of which a few were responsive. One was unable to come out until Sunday and one had us in a queue for late Saturday. Advanced was able to get to it promptly and Rick serviced our unit within hours. Rick was very courteous and professional, and diagnosed and repaired the unit promptly. We were up and running (and cooled) in no time.

All ACS employees were very professional and arrived and finished the install as scheduled. I have made two service calls to ACS since the install---the first call was to have the thermostat setting set from gas heat to electric. The second call was to identify and fix my A/C which was not working. ACS (Steve) provided a prompt and professional response to my two issues. Note that ACS offers a 3 year warranty on labor --other companies only offered the standard 1 year on labor. I look forward to using ACS for the annual maintenance visits on my new Trane unit.

Great. I have used this company previously. Tech was professional, personable and knew his stuff. After checking the unit thoroughly with no problems apparent he inspected my breaker panel and determined that there was a bad leg that only the power company could repair (no power was making it to the left side of the breaker box). His analysis was correct. I was so impressed with the service provided, I ended up purchasing a maintenance contract on my A/C.

The job was three and a half days total. Three days to install system, came back a week later to balance the system. Their team was very professional. The county inspector also gave the thumbs up saying it was a very good install. I am very happy with my results

The project went very well. Because the output of the new system is so much colder than what came from the previous unit, there were a couple of vents that were sweating after the conversion. The guys at ACS kept after the problem until it was fully resolved to our complete satisfaction. A great company to do business with.

I called ACS when my air conditioner stopped cooling because of their A rating and good reviews on Angie's List. From the first call I made to the final repair, everyone was kind and professional.

I have two checks a year, two maintenance checks. We just kind of wrote it into that because my air had gone out because the drain line had clogged up. So they just did a whole maintenance on the whole thing for the winter. I've used them several times.

I'm still a little light on their price.

The owner was the initial contact who supplied the estimate. He explained three options for systems and the details on installation. The total cost was well documented including all applicable rebates. The service people came on time and were very professional and polite. The work they did was excellent and they were very clean as they worked inside the house. My only suggestion would be they should wear shoe guards or shoe socks that they put over their shoes as they walk in customers homes. I normally have some on-hand when I call any service people, in case they don't have their own. Other than that they did a great job and I would use them again and recommend their services.

They did " warranty" work and charged me $350.00 for less than one hour of labor. The "warranty" work did not fix the problem and they refuse to reimburse me the $350.00 They claim to charge $75 per hour labor.

In one visit, Andrew was able to diagnose why our Trane was shutting down and then locking out the cooling system. After months of another installer/servicer returning and unable to solve the problem we were at the end of our rope. We have medical issues that are made worse without air conditioning and had to get this resolved.

It went very well. Received a card in the mail for $20 the service. Called and asked about availability and they were ready to come out that afternoon. Instead we went with the next day. Andrew was very professional and actually arrived early (called to see if that was OK first). Price ended up being $59 which was a little higher than some of the current offers on Angie's List, but we wanted a Trane dealer since our Trane unit is still under warranty. Our original installer (PCS) wanted $99!

Excellent - we used them on a Mobile Home unit about 3 years ago, and so called the same salesman (John). He came out on a weekend to meet us. Did a very detailed inspection (we had two units and the two air handlers are up in the attic). Made a couple of proposals (including band-aid type fixes to get us through for a while, or just replacing the oldest, not working unit). We chose to replace both to get them up to maximum efficiency. They scheduled the install for the end of the coming week. When they found out the unit we ordered was back ordered, rather than postpone, they upgraded that unit. They told us it would take two days to install, but when they came out on Thursday to begin the install and found out that I was going to have to have kidney stone surgery on Friday, they stayed and finished up Thursday night so they wouldn't have to be in the house when we were gone. In trying to get it completed more quickly than planned, they did miss one thing, but when we called a couple days later because we didn't think it was working correctly, they came out immediately and had it fixed by the following day. They cleaned up after themselves. Fixed something that was weird in the attic from the previous installer (which they really would not have had to fix), and in general were great to work with. I highly recommend them.

From the free estimate consultation to the final installation, we were completely satisfied. Jeff gave us a very thorough and complete estimate, and explained all our options and rebates. The installers were polite and courteous and kept us informed of exactly what they were doing. All of our questions and concerns were addressed and answered to our satisfaction.The extra return duct was installed perfectly and looks great. The new a/c unit and thermostat are working correctly. We received all rebates and warranties as promised.

Our HVAC system was working okay but we were concerned that it was nearing the end of its life cycle. We contacted several companies with good Angie's List ratings and that represented several types of systems. We had a lot of advice and some of it was contradictory. When we sat down with the ACS representative we were very impressed with his breadth of knowledge, his concern that we get the appropriate system, and the way he worked out the pricing with various incentives and rebates. He designed a system that would meet our needs and made sure that we fully understood all the trade-offs of the various alternatives. By the end of our search, we were convinced that ACS was the best choice. We have waited a year to do this review so we could see how the system performed during all the seasons and to see how ACS responded to questions and concerns. In short, we have never been disappointed with the service and the system. They are very professional, unfailingly courteous, always on time, and clearly concerned that we are satisfied. Strongly recommend.
