Description of Work: The technician checked the handler and the compressor and cleaned both. He was very professional. The down side is that he pointed out a couple of things that told me that the company that put in the unit cut corners. The filter compartment at the bottom on the handler is too small, made for a smaller handler. The mismatch impedes the air flow making the unit less efficient. One of the heating bars is broken, and probably was when the handler was installed. It can be fixed, but doesn't need to be if we are getting sufficient heat. I appreciated having this information and the honesty of the technician. The company that put in the unit is Reliable Heating and Air.

Description of Work: I just want to say that this company was unable to do thee work I needed but gave me great suggestions. They were so helpful and will help me if all else fails. I appreciate their integrity. I will always keep them in mind and suggest others to contact them.
