Very nice service. Stayed about an hour and gave us a couple of tips.

Absolute was excellent in their overall service. The price was comparable, if not slightly lower, to other HVAC companies offering a similar service but the added bonus of an HVAC inspection was a bonus. The appointment was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and the work was done well. The only issue we ran into was after the initial cleaning of the dryer vent duct, it was still clogged somewhere within the line. After calling Absolute for a follow up, we got a prompt call and the gentleman attempted to schedule a follow-up visit within a few days (but we weren't available). He wanted to come out with the serviceman to see what the problem was and ultimately found a small metal plate lodged in the goose-neck. In the end, the vent was cleared at no additional charge. Based on the excellent customer service, we plan on using them for future HVAC and vent cleaning needs.

No showed for estimate 12/17/14 until we called and then he came out "I thought one of my guys was going to do it". Chris did come out, took measurements and was to provide an estimate for the service. After 2 weeks, I called and spoke to him and asked what the problem was, he said he sent it to the email I provided (never got it, not in junk etc.) . I texted him the email address, and still have never heard back. If they are too busy to do the work, or don't want the business, fine. The courteous thing would be to say that up front. 1/26/15 ADDENDUM: Chris provided me with the estimate on 1/26/15 and copies of the emails he sent on 1/7/15. I believe he did send them, but I can't find them anywhere. Somewhere lost in cyberspace I presume. I have revised my original review and rating. I do appreciate him following up at this point.

I purchased an Angie's deal for Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating and scheduled two cleaning/servicing of our AC unit. Not only were they able to accommodate my schedule requests (one was about 3 months away, one about 9 months out) they were very professional and prompt. They work they did was top notch - from now on they are the only AC company we'll be using. I highly recommend them.

Been recommending them to friends and family, will be back in March! They took apart my air handlers, and were extraordinarily thorough. Even though he was running late, he called and let us know, which was fine. I called them afterwards to tell them how appreciative I was of how clean and professional they were.

The service provider has not returned calls and now is not answering the phone and I want a refund.

They did a nice job. He was very accommodating and professional.

When they came out they told us they were here to clean the ac coil. My contractor told him that we didn’t need the coil cleaned; we needed the air ducts cleaned. The technician informed us they clean the coils, they don’t clean air ducts. He said if I wanted to have the air ducts properly cleaned it would cost close to $600. I decided to not go with this deal.

They were nice guys. What I wanted was duct cleaning. Somehow the order was for cleaning something in the unit itself. They opened it up and said you don't need this cleaned (It is about a year old). I am an old guy and I think most of the confusion was due to me. My kids visited and looked at the registers which have a lot of black stuff around them and said it was unhealthy. They suggested I join Angie's List and that they would help me find a vendor. I did, you did, but it didn't turn out very well. I am traveling for three weeks and will get in touch with one of your "duct" references as soon as I return.

It was good. We had a contract with a different provider, who came out and told us about some things I was unsure of. I called this company out to get a second opinion, and he explained the situation very well.

It went fine. I would use them again.

Chris was out to provide an estimate the same day I called. After the estimate it was scheduled within a week. They showed up on time and were very professional. After the work was done they went over the work that was completed and asked if we had any questions. I would use them again and refer them to anyone.

I called Chris, the owner of Absolute A/C to access the problems I was having with my previous air conditioning system. He came out the same day & explained in detail the issues I was having. I realized it was time to replace my out dated compressor & air handler. Chris explained my options, wrote up an estimate & emailed it to me a couple of hours later. I was comfortable with the estimate and I accepted it that day. I was schedule to have my new A/C unit installed 2 days later. On the day of the installation two technicians showed up right on time at 8:30am. Within a few hours they had my new unit installed and my family was enjoying comfortable cool air once again. I highly recommend Absolute Air Conditioning to anyone who is looking for a professional contractor.

I woke up Sunday morning and the A/C was not working. I called Absolute and they came right out and repaired my system at a reasonable cost.

The owner, Chris Weber, was very responsive and was able to send a technician out quickly. By the time I had gotten into contact with them, I had been without air conditioning for several days. He was willing to work me into their scheduling if I had needed to have a new unit installed. They diagnosed that the stand motor on the compressor needed to replaced. They added some Freon and came back to check it the next day as well. Chris kept in good communication with me the entire time and answered any questions that I had. It was a good experience.

He was very nice. I called him in the evening and he got to me first thing the next morning. Explained exactly what went wrong, how he fixed it, and how to prevent it from happening again. Great experience.

I was impressed with the service of where not only did they replace the defective part on the air handler but also took time to check the Freon and electrical connections on the air condition system.. I really appreciated that they had done this where it gave me peace of mind where there would not be any future problems. They were very informative about what type of system I should purchase when I decide to replace it with a new one.

quoted $140 (on top of $65 service visit cost) to replace capacitor that cost $40 and takes 1 minute to replace. Eventually replaced two capacitors for the same price. Obviously,the first quote was an attempt to take advantage. Quoted $180 to fix small hole near return vent, I fixed it myself with $10 bucket of sealant in 15 minutes.

Greg did an excellent preventative maintenance job. In the air handling closet (fan and cooling coil) he cleaned the algae from the pan under the coil and put in anti-algae tablets. He poured drain cleaner down the condensation drain that otherwise tends to clog. He showed me where to pour bleach to prevent the clogs. He opened the main AC unit, and checked to see if it was drawing too much power which would have indicated the running capacitor was bad, and then also removed and checked the capacitor and the starting relay points. Took about an hour.

It went very well....my tenant was able to purchase the needed materials quite inexpensively and make the repair to the air conditioner. I would highly recommend someone who is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for a customer without even asking to be paid.

Quick and clean. And they take AMEX so we were very happy.
