The company reponded to my call by coming to work on my unit the same day that I called. The technician was prompt, prolite, well spoken, and explained everything fully, showing me on the unit what needed to be done. After the work was completed, the tecnician cleaned up the area and tested the system. The problem was fixed - promptly and professionally.

My air conditioner stopped turning on Saturday morning. After checking the usual culprits (breakers, thermostat, making sure nothing chewed through the wires) and searching Google without any luck, I then scoured Angie's List for air conditioner repair services. The first company's phone system hung up on me after a few minutes. The second was going to cost $180 for a diagnostic service call on a Saturday. The third, again, hung up. Then I reached Chris Webber at Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating, and after telling him what was happening and what I had tried so far, he immediately walked me through a few simple steps that completely resolved the problem. I feel the need to reiterate - I called on a Saturday morning, sitting in my increasingly humid home, and Chris was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, over the phone, and then recommended some steps to keep it from happening again. He saved me (at a minimum) $125 and hours of sitting in my humid home, proved a significant level of experience and trustworthiness, and in turn got a customer for life.

I recently moved into a new home and after several weeks discovered that two wall vents were not blowing any air at all. Needing a tune up as well, I called and described the problem. The technician was very likeable-prompt, efficient and polite. He checked both units and determined one unit 1 had 'way too much freon'' and remedied the problem. Unit 2, which supplies the two vents I was concerned about was working fine. He determined that ducting had not been extended to the two vents. While not a 'duct' specialist he said they'd have to cut access holes into the to ceilings of at least two, possibly three rooms to determine the location and nature of the problem. He estimated the cost to be $1000.00-1500. This did not include cutting or patching the holes once the work was completed. I'd have to hire a 'sheet rock person to do that. Needless to says I was horror stricken. The unexpected cost was bad enough but tearing up three rooms (one of which was my bedroom) was depressing. I have a handy-man fixing other problems on the property and told him the problem. He determine the ducting could be accessed from the exterior. Some animal had pushed through the roof soffit and torn up the ducting work. He could fix it. Some for ducting, soffits, nails and three hours time and the problem was solved. So the technician was fine but perhaps should have a better understanding of the entire system. I'm sure the 'ducting' team would have figured it out, but that would have meant another service call with attendant fees.

This was a big project with a tight time frame. Chris Webber and the crew did a great job. As with projects of this size in an older home there were some unforeseen issues, but they powered through and worked all day to get the job done. Thank you Chris and the crew for a job well done!!!

It went fine. It just FELT like I was being way overcharged for the service performed. It was as if the coupon was a total waste. I would have been charged $145 PLUS $75 without out, which is even worse.

After spending almost $300 dollars on changing out, what I believe was the capacitor and resistor of the a/c handler, Chris diagnosed the current problem to be just that again. I had used the other company for quite a few jobs in a short period, and noticed some things that I was not happy with. Such as, the prices increasing with each service. As if to get in the door with a low price, then raise them once the trust level was there. Now I understand that business practice to attract new clients and don't have a problem with it. However, I do have a problem with being overcharged, and charged for things that don't need to be done, or even paying for work that goes bad within one year thereafter. Needing to find a new company, I relied on the referral of a trusted friend to Chris at Absolute Air. The first time I used Chris was actually about 8pm on a Friday night, when I performed a service for my customer which required the a/c to be shut off for three hours. My customer called me that night saying that the a/c would not turn back on. In a panic, I called Chris. I left a message, and he actually called me back ten minutes later. Chris helped me trouble shoot the problem over the phone with my customer, who was able and willing to do a bit of tinkering. Problem solved! My customer was happy, I was happy, and Chris (who didn't even charge me for the professional advice) had just won my loyalty. The second time I used Absolute Air was to redo the work of another a/c company that had been performed less than a year earlier. His company was prompt at resolving the issue and got my tenant off my back quickly. That work was performed last August and I haven't had any issues since. Chris is very good at what he does, has a busy schedule, and get's the job done right. I recommend Chris Webber with Absolute Air to my friends, family, and even my own customers.

Iwas very well pleased with overall experance,very professional told me what he was doing every step of the way,was not planing to have coil cleaned ,but he explaned it would really help my air flow and since my system had never been cleaned it was quite dirty,really helped a lot would highly give absolute "ajob well done."

The Absolute technician did an excellent job in servicing my unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the service provided and will use Absolute again.

I closed on the house two days before. The system had not been regularly serviced by the previous owner. Chris was very responsive, easy to talk with and he listens to you. Very professional.

Overall, my experience with the company was excellent. I felt as if I was valued as a customer. I was listened to, and all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they might have been, were answered politely and thoroughly. Chris made sure that I understood what needed to be done and why, and he took the time to show me instead of just tell me. I am a female senior citizen, and I have experienced my share of workers who did not give me the respect of listening to me and then explaining as thoroughly and patiently as Chris did everytime he came to work on my A/C and Heating unit. His work was efficient and thorough, and I did not have to call him to come back the next day as I had often had to do with another company in the past. This was a refreshing change, and I knew that I would continue to use Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating. Additionally, his prices are competitive with other companies, but very fair and reasonable. One each visit, he gave me the cost breakdown for the work and gave an estimate of time on task before starting the work. Chris did not make a mess. He cleaned the area after he completed the work and made sure that it was neat and tidy before he left. Most importantly, after three visits to my home since the summer of 2011, Chris has been consistent with his business practices and ethics. I highly recommend this company.

They are very knowledgable. I am going to have them redo the duct work in the condos. They really seem to know what they are talking about. They answered all of our questions and also recommended different products for us to use.
