+ 0 moreThis place is a joke. They installed very nice color granite in my kitchen, they leave, we find that there is a crack in the corner of the 8'X3', we bring it to Dina's attention, she tells us it is a fissure, I send a picture, I also find that they broke the electrical outlet stripping out one of the screws so it will not hold the outlet and the only way to fix it is to remove the granite and replace the housing, then the counter for the bar which is about 8' was cut with a 1/2 to 3/4 gap to the wall. What the heck what the blazzib hel# am I going to put there. As Dina to consistently saying it's a fissure there has now been two independent companies look at this so called fissure and identified it as a crack, one being an independent from Home Depot and a Home Depot manager. I have no problems with spending money but when I have a company saying that it is not their job to educate the customer on granite even when they install the product knowing issues I find perlexing and stupid on behalf of the company. I find the company completely dishonest when they break things and not say a word hoping it wouldn't be found right away, I find dishonest. This company is a huge joke and really shouldn't be in business. Advise be honest and friendly with the paying customer, remember the customer is always right.

THEY COVERD IT UP AND DINA AT Abraham Custom Creations TOLD ME THAT GRANIT CONUNTERTOPS HAVE CRACKS IN THE GRANIT WHAT A LIE THEN DINA TOLD ME HER MEN WOULD NOT DO THAT . WHAT DO YOU CALL WHEN SOME ONE HIDES A CRACK IN THE GRANIT . I CALL IT A LIE . YOU CANT TRUST THIS COMPANY . HERE IS A PIC OF THE CRACK

+ -1 moreThe installation process was a bit frustrating because of the wait for the backordered material. Sean came to measure and make the template in a timely manner. He was very thorough and we discussed exactly what I wanted. The installation was completed finally. Sean did a great job and the counter is beautiful. I understand that the delay was not Abraham's fault and I can say they were very professional..I would recommend them and would contact them if I needed another countertop.
Description of Work: We had a kitchen remodel contracted with Sears Home Improvement and Abraham's did the installation of the countertop. I do not know the exact cost of the counter as it was included in my contract with Sears. After the kitchen cabinets were installed, Sean made the template. We chose a Hanex Solid Surface counter which unfortunately was backordered. When the fabrication was completed, Sean installed the countertop.

+ -1 moreWas reference to company which meant a lot with recommendation of excellent service from start to finish.
Description of Work: I received excellent service from start to finish from ACC. Dina was great while I was trying to figure out what type of counter top I wanted to install. She went over the pros and cons of all the options out there. The staff at ACC walked me to back of building to show the samples of the counter tops. Once I finally decided on what I wanted Dina made sure to have the template done in a timely manner. Shawn came out to template the kitchen. He was great, very nice, courteous, knowledgeable. Shawn explained everything that was taking place and answered all my questions. Shawn also was the one to install the counter tops, which was great. I unfortunately have always had issues with other companies regarding customer service and saying they will do something and be there at a certain time and they don't. With ACC they stand by what they mean. They have excellent customer service in every aspect of there company and take pride in there work.

Description of Work: Sean Garcia came in and made a frame of our countertop - came back in 10 days and put in the countertop. The fit is all in the framing and this man did an absolute fabulous job. Everything fit to a "T". He also gave us hot plates and samples to take to stores for color.
