A RUB A DUB MAID

It seems like every week the house cleaners forgot to do something. Considering I was paying $30/hr. to have them only sweep, dust, vacuum and mop, it seems like they should have remembered to do everything. Whenever I called to complain, the owner acted like it was no big deal. She always offered to send somebody back out. When I explained that I would rather her employees do the job right the first time, she became very offended and defensive. She explained that it was impossible to do everything right all the time. Then she suggested that her employees had actually done the work and the house was not still dirty, but that I was seeing dirt that wasn't actually there. That's when I told her that I would no longer be needing her services. If you believe that the customer is always right, you might want to skip this cleaning service. When I had a complaint, the owner suggested that I was wrong.

CAME OUT ABOUT HALF AN HOUR LATE. SEEMED LIKE SHE ONLY WANTED TO DO THE MINIMAL WORK. WAS A NICE LADY, BUT SEEMED LIKE SHE WANTED TO MUCH FOR A LITTLE AMOUNT OF WORK.

THE PERSON I SPOKE TO FIRST DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I DID RECEIVE A CALL BACK BY SOMEONE WHO DID. THE PRICING WAS WEIRD. I LIKE TO KNOW HOW MUCH PER HOURLY OR BY THE JOB .

MS. HESS CAME OUT TO BID MY HOUSE FOR CLEANING. INSTEAD OF TELLING ME BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT HER CREW WAS BOOKED SOLID. SHE PROCEEDS TO WASTE FORTY FIVE MINUTES OF MY VERY BUSY DAY. IF SHE DIDN'T HAVE A CLEANING CREW AVAILABLE SHE SHOULDN'T HAVE WASTED MY TIME. I FIND THAT COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE.

SALLY IS WONDERFUL. SHE RETURNED MY CALLS TIMELY, WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING. SALLY WAS HIRED TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE AFTER WE MOVED OUT. EVERYTHING WAS SPARKLING. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

THEY HAD CLEANED TWO OTHER HOUSES FOR ME AND I'VE BEEN HAPPY EACH AND EVERY TIME. IT WAS A VERY LARGE JOB AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
