They were flexible when mt new mattress was delayed and assisted installing my new one. Professional, courteous and clearly know their trade. Mr. Jones helper was a young man also polite and courteous. I experienced Jones's mentoring of him and teaching him moving techniques...extra points for that!

Theyâ re very flexible. They work Mondays through Fridays, but made an exception to come on a Saturday for me! After everything was cleared out, they offered to take any extra items that I may have wanted thrown out. Very good quality service. They didnâ t destroy any walls or doorframes on the way out. And theyâ re very quick too! I have a 1 bedroom apt with about 6 large furniture items to remove. They cleared the apt in under an hour. Iâ m impressed.

It rained the entire time of the cleaning process which may have been the cause for the 4 for quality. Iâ ll try to pick a Sunny day for the next job.
