I was very satisfied.

When Blake came to give the estimate, he was respectful and seemed to know what he was doing. When I hired him he turned into a completely different person. I told him I was not in any hurry and could wait how ever long he needed. He said he wanted to do it before he went up north for a month because he could use the money. A few times he was actually rude to me. He worked alone because his workers did not show up. I helped him do a couple things myself. The first day he did not come at all and after that he worked weird hours including up till almost ten one night. I have only low lighting in my front yard and he ask me why I did not have flood lights. His truck and trailer were parked in the road with no cones or lights and some one drove right up onto his trailer and got stuck. It was so black out there but he blamed it on the driver. He said the man probably had cataracts and should not be driving at all. Thank God no one got hurt. His tractor left hydraulic oil stains on my driveway. He was having trouble hooking and unhooking the bucket because it was so dark. He did move 3 sections of the old sidewalk for me to reuse in my yard, at my request. Afterwards he said he went above and beyond to do that for me even though we discussed it on the day of the estimate that it would be easier for him than to load them on his trailer, then have to bring them somewhere, break them up, then get rid of them. I asked him to leave some dirt, that he took out from the patio area, in a pile, so I could fill in all the areas that his very heavy tractor messed up my yard. He did rake some out when I was not home but I had to redo it. I asked him to put a radius corner on the patio and he formed it to more of an arc which did not "flow". When I asked him to reform that corner the next day before he poured the concrete , he said it was too late. When he estimated he told me the water would flow towards the front yard. Instead he has it flowing towards that radius corner and it is so low that that corner is completely under water when it rains. He also ran out of concrete on that corner and I saw him mixing in some dirt to make it go further. The next day he admitted to running out. The finish is the worst I have ever seen. It is not smooth and it has stones showing through and a low spot towards the driveway that holds a puddle when it rains. It is many different colors and looks like very old concrete. In a couple areas where he saw cut, the concrete chipped and a couple cuts are not straight. I read the other reviews. I am so surprised. The is not the Blake that did my job!

This is an honest company owned and operated by Blake. He is a perfectionist and works as if you are the most important person. I would definitely recommend him he is worth every cent and goes above and beyond expectations.

Blake was without question the most professional and a perfectionist went way above and beyond what we expected . Both Deanna and Blake were excellent to work with from the first contact to the end of the job. Makes us evangelist in telling others since we have found this rare in our area to find a company like theirs , who shows up as scheduled, fair pricing , not the cheapest but fair, and does what they say there are going to do and more .

Not only was the work done professionally and the quote more than fair, BTI concrete reimbursed me $200 because they didnâ t use as much concrete as they thought they needed. I was pleasantly shocked. Itâ s nice to know that there are kind and honest business people still out there and I highly recommend Bti concrete.

If you donâ t hire Blake to do your concrete work youâ re doing yourself a disservice. He was super professional, personable, and FAST! We love our new porch! He came Friday, quoted me on the spot and our porch was poured Monday afternoon! 100% would hire him again and his crew was very nice and the kids got to interact with them while they worked!

Blake the owner of the company oversaw the work. He was amazing. The job required tearing out rotten wood steps and installing a concrete ramp. Not only did he make a ramp that looks great and can be used by someone in a wheelchair, but he fixed the french drain and culvert that blocked underneath the old steps, which I didn't even know existed. He also installed a flag pole for me and ensured that the pole is straight. I couldn't have asked for me. He and his worker were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

Blake of BTI Inc. Did a fantastic job. He removed old rotten steps, fixed the French drain underneath which I didnâ t even know existed, and installed a cement ramp that can be used be a wheelchair. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He made Sue everything eas finished perfectly and even checked back the next day to ensure. Blake went the extra mile and also installed a flag pole for me, ensuring it was straight.

Work quality exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend.
