When I submitted my request for a quote to this company, I clearly stated only that I wanted tree limbs overhanging my roof to be removed. Their resulting quote made reference to removing overhanging branches. I mistakenly assumed that they were referring to those same branches. While they did an excellent job of trimming many other branches and cleaning up afterwards, two branches still hung over my roof, one of which was large and at least 20 feet above the roof. I pointed this out to their crew chief when he came to collect payment, but he did not seem to think it was a danger, so I paid him. Nevertheless, those limbs worry me! Removing them was the only thing I cited in my quote request, and that did not happen. Shortly after I complained about this in an e-mail to the company, they responded by e-mail saying "the standard elevation above the roof is 8 - 10 ft.". I take this to mean that they don't trim tree limbs that hang more than 10 feet above a roof. If that's the case, they should have, in all fairness, told me before I signed off on their quote, not after they had their payment. I obviously would not have accepted their quote had I known they would not trim these branches overhanging my roof.

After calling another tree removal company in Oviedo who never even showed up to give us an estimate despite us having a huge tree down on our lawn, we decided to give Tree Monkeys a try. They promptly came out to provide an estimate for getting the tree removed and for some additional trimming work we figured we'd have done at the same time. Although they were booked out for weeks, given the urgent nature of the job their crew worked overtime to get us taken care of within the next couple of days. When they arrived, they worked efficiently and professionally, did a great job cleaning up, and did exactly what we asked (and then some.) Despite tight quarters with heavy machinery, they didn't damage anything and left our yard looking almost as though nothing had happened. In short Tree Monkeys exceeded our expectations all around, and I highly recommend them.

Great! Good job. Employees were nice and helpful. Cleaned up the area nicely once done. Reasonable prices. I am waiting to find out the price to grind the stumps. Would use again and recommend.

Awesome job awesome crew great work and clean up. Everything was greaaaat. Will use them again for sure. John , Tim ,Sam and Paul were awesome . Had an oak tree between 2 houses that I was worried about...they made quick work of it. They also trimmed up a large tree too. \o/

Hired Tree Monkeys to remove 8 trees, grind the stumps, and cut back (side wall) some of the neighbor's trees that were hanging over my house. They were here for almost 12 hours the first day and got all of the tree work done. Came back the next day to grind the stump and level off some mounds that were around the stumps. They did a great job overall and I would highly recommend them.

Workers did a great job working with neighbors who's yards needed access to get to our trees for felling. Clean up was great, they put fences back up as like they were never removed. Note that we got other estimates and they were the most reasonable and did what they said they were going to do. I'll definitely use them again the next time we need tree work.

Great. I was concerned about damage to existing plantings near the trees that were coming down. The crew was extremely careful. They used a ZIP line to carry cuttings above the plantings. It was amazing.

Tree Monkeys trimmed my 5 tall palms and 10 small palms and made sure they were doing it as I wanted. They also removed shrubs and a small tree that were dying. After removal they ground the stumps and removed the grindings. The team left the area clean and really did a fantastic job. They were professional, polite and treated me as a friend not a customer. I have had Tree Monkeys do all of my tree trimming for several years and I will again next time.

Anthony the owner and Rick came out for the free estimate they were awesome..great price. His crew was amazing they came on time and got to work immediately and worked there butts off as this was no easy task to take down the tree. I would highly recommend them.

We had a tree that could hit our house when the next "big one" comes through, as well as take out the power to us and the surrounding homes. Wanted it cut down far enough to eliminate that double threat while leaving a portion for the owls and woodpeckers. All this was accomplished to my complete satisfaction for the previously agreed to price. Having to cut down portions that were over the power lines made it a challenge. Chainsaw Johnny's skills were on full display. After removing the portions required, the rest of the crew hauled, chipped and cleaned up thoroughly. I'll definitely use Tree Monkeys again if the need arises. I've included several photos.

They were very friendly and cleaned everything up so well I wouldn’t have known they were there. The trimmed trees look great! Will use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

When they showed up, it was right to work, no messing around here. Tree was down, cut up, chipped up and cleaned up within 1 hour. Guys know what they are doing, very efficient and polite. Will hire them again for some other work that needs to be done.

It couldn't have gone better. I was surprised at how efficient they were. We have recommended them to our friends and neighbors. I wish them much business in the future.

The owner Anthony was extremely responsive and conscientious, as well as Ricky that was the project manager. I have a high bar and they passed with flying colors. I highly recommend them for both knowledge and competency.

Estimator Ricky arrived as scheduled. Was competent and answered my questions satisfactorily. Back office sent estimate by email within and hour of estimator leaving. Back office provided proof of liability insurance and workers comp for to be on-site employee promptly after I accepted the estimates. (Note: They were 12% higher than the other business' estimate, but the estimator was so good I was willing to pay a little more for very professional work.) Workers arrived as planned and didn't waste time. Job was done quicker than I expected. Back office emailed paid invoice promptly after being paid. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

They were there early to do the stumps and were out very quickly. Ricky and his helper were very polite and professional. Good quality of work. They were very careful of protecting my curb on the front bed and landscape lighting as well. We would certainly use Tree Monkeys again and would refer them as well.
