It went very well. They got it all done quickly, hauled all of the debris away and cleaned up everything beautifully.

The job was done professionally and it did not take long.

The whole process from scheduling the quote to completing the job was excellent. The company came out to give me a quote when scheduled, and I had the quote the same day it was conducted (verbally and by email). Communication with the office via email was outstanding; they were quick to get me on the calendar and provided updates and answered my questions. The crew of four showed a bit early the day of the job but who complains about that? Not me. I was happy they showed a bit early. I briefly talked with the foreman of the crew so he got an idea of what I expected (which was on the quote/job order). The crew took their time and did the work as promised. They were friendly and spoke with me often when I periodically checked on their work. When finished, they cleaned up the area extremely well. Later that day, after the work was completed, their office sent me an email requesting my comments about the work and provided me with a printed paid invoice. I was impressed overall with the entire process. I'm also a repeat customer, so I expected no less than perfection, and will continue to use Tree Monkeys in the future. Hope this review helps others when making up their minds as to who to hire!

Very smooth process from start to finish. I liked being able to book online and the crew showed up as scheduled. They did a great job and cleaned everything up nicely.

Tree Monkeys did a great job! I had them come out and give me a quote along with a couple other companies. Their price was competitive and they were very professional. On the day they came, I was not sure when they would be there so I emailed them and got a response back right away. Anthony the owner, was a pleasure to talk to as we reviewed what work was to be done. I had 2 oak trees and 4 palm trees trimmed. Cleanup was done once work was completed. I would definitely call them again.

These guys are the best! Came in with a crew and had the whole thing done in under 2 hours. Team was professional, polite and got the job done. Outside of finding ONE leaf on the driveway... you would never have known they were there. Did an excellent job of clean up. Have them coming back to do more work for me. :)

All three jobs were done at different times and went very well. All the workers were courteous, respectful and on time. Clean up was exceptional as some of them smoked on the job yet I have not found one cigarette butt on my property ( I am not a smoker). The only issue that I have with Tree Monkey's Inc. is that for each job not once was I called with an ETA, only a particular scheduled day - and on that note, the stump-grinding was rescheduled twice due to truck issues, not a problem for me; however, I had to call the office to find this out. I was not called about the delays and the need to reschedule. I must mention here that the office staff was courteous, accommodating and apologetic for the delays and for not contacting me about them. I found the office gals very helpful and can attribute the missteps as their being very busy - a good sign during these times of quarantine. The price quoted was great, and the company worked with me on financing a balance. I would highly recommend Tree Monkey's Inc. and will use this company in the future for all my tree work.

It went off without any difficulty. This is Tree Monkey's second visit to our property. They are prompt, careful of our property, precision in their cutting and removal of the downed trees. They also clean up after themselves. I will use them again.

Tree Monkeys are amazing! I am very picky and asked that no flowers, shrubs, branches under the trees be damaged...their work was impeccable! Not 1 plant disturbed! All leaves, fronds, and mulch removed! Impressive!

I had three estimates to trim a large oak, Tree Monkey's was substantially cheaper than the other two. When the crew arrived, they went right to work. I was amazed by their speed and efficiency. They took extra care when cutting limbs near my house. As the branches came down, the team on the ground was picking them up and taking them to the truck. When the cutting was done, there was very little left to clean up. The job they did was better than expected. Highly recommend Tree Monkey's and will definitely call them when I need work done in the future.
