Tree Monkeys is the only tree service that I will use. Anthony is great to work with and provides top notch customer service. The customer service is the reason we keep using Tree Monkeys.

They guys that came out were great. Very knowledgeable and professional. They certainly worked hard. The thing I was most pleased with was the owner, Anthony's knowledge and honesty about what needed to be done, and what didn't. He could have easily over sold me on a few things that he explained I did not need. Good honest company. I would recommend them again.

Tree Monkeys is fantastic. This is the second time we used their services for tree and shrub removal. The fellows were efficient and careful not to take out or step on any of the vegetation I was salvaging. From the time of Sabrina's and Anthony's estimate to the time the crew was doing the work, everyone was willing to answer all of my questions.

They performed quality service in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and courteous. Did a great job! I highly recommend this company.

I left a message on the company voice mail at 3 PM on 3/1/16. Owner Anthony Gangale called me back 3 hours later. I gave him a description of what I needed done. Anthony was out the next day to give me an estimate. Anthony said he would be able to get me on the schedule the following week and would call me with the date and time. We had to delay the job due to a family emergency. Anthony got us back on the schedule once our situation settled down. His crew arrived on schedule. I had sent Anthony an e-mail a few days before the work date to let him know I wanted to add another large Pine tree to the job. Anthony arrived shortly after his crew started on the original group of trees. He gave me a price for the additional Pine tree which I felt was in line. The job took approximately 3 hours. I had been removing smaller Camphor tree saplings on my own. There were several piles of trunks around the yard. Anthony had his crew dispose of them which saved me additional work. The crew leader checked with me to locate the sprinklers so they could be avoided. The men were extremely careful and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I felt the price was very reasonable.

As before, Tree Monkeys service was great. I called and got a range of days for the service. They have been to our house before and know the layout. As usual the trimming service was very good and price was right what I was quoted. However, there was some damage done to the pool screen by some of the large palm leaves dropping on it. Tree Monkeys were totally accountable and within a week, the damaged screens were replaced at their cost. This is a great company with good people doing the work. Will absolutely use them again.

Used Angie's list to make contact with Tree Monkeys. Received a prompt email reply asking for address and contact number. Was expecting to hear from Tree Monkeys on or by Friday because that is what I selected in the date on Angie's List but did not hear from them until Saturday afternoon explaining they had vehicles problems and they left a message. Tree Monkeys again contacted me at 5 pm on Sunday to say they were in the neighborhood and could give me the estimate. He apologized and said they had vehicle problems and I slipped through the crack. Tree Monkeys explained the process, answered my questions and gave an estimate that was right in line with the other estimate I received. Overall impression of the Tree Monkey representative was very positive. Only reason I gave them a B is because I slipped through the crack and was contacted late. Would have been an A based on conversation with representative.

We were amazed at the agility of the master cutter. He was truly indeed a tree monkey. The only complaints we have are minor. A small amount of trash was left at the scene (empty cups, water bottles, cig butts) and one of the planks in our fence was broken. Additionally we never did get a receipt as requested. All in all, Tree Monkeys did a great job IN THE RAIN.

My husband and I were very impressed with the work done by Tree Monkeys, Inc. The crew was very professional and had our tree down, cut in pieces and hauled away in just a couple of hours. Someone arrived the next morning to grind the stump. After they left, the only way we could tell they had been there was that there was no longer a dead tree in our front yard. Everything was meticulously cleaned up. The guys were efficient in performing the work; everyone knew what their job was and handled it with the utmost professionalism. We obtained 3 estimates before we decided to have the work done, and we believe their estimate was extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of work they did. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The crew was very efficient. It had to be 98 degrees out. I came back to a completely different house. Within a few hours they have cut, trimmed and chipped up everything. The next day the stump removal guy came and cleaned up the rest.

Fantastic experience. The quote was reasonable, the team showed up to perform the work two days later. They knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. Completed the job quickly and the clean up was thorough. I will use this team again.

Anthony came and quoted the job. I knew that it was not going to be a low cost item given the amount of work. The day the work was to be done, his crew showed up and consulted with us the whole way. Only thing that I would reference for the future is to take a look at the irrigation prior to the stump grinding. 3 lines were cut and I spent the weekend digging them out and fixing the breaks. Otherwise, the trees look good and should be better able to withstand the summer storm season.

I was amazed at how well and quickly the work was performed. I think that I got a very good deal for the work performed. Very pleased. Will utilize them again.

We called Tree Monkeys on Thursday February 19th and talked with Anthony. We asked if he could give us an estimate of the cost to cut down a pine tree. Within 1/2 hour Anthony came by and gave us an estimate. We accepted and he said his crew would be out later that day or the next. At 8:30 am on Sunday Cory and Andrew came to cut down the tree. Cory is truly a tree monkey with the agile way he climbed the tree and cut the upper limbs. Both men were very hard workers, professional and well mannered. They also cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use Tree Monkey's services should be need tree work done again.

Tree Monkeys performed a major pruning of most of the trees in my yard, including some 30 tall palms and many oak trees. The outcome is just beautiful. They also gave me good advice on how to keep my trees healthy. I highly recommend this firm.

We lost our giant live oak tree one morning when one third of it broke off and fell on the public road. The remaining 2/3 was threatening to fall on our house. We had contacted several companies to come out the same day to give us an estimate for an emergency removal of the remaining parts of the tree. Anthony, the owner of Tree Monkey came out within the hour to advise us and give us his estimate. He was very friendly and understood how much the tree had meant to us. He also gave us his professional advice and took no advantage of our emergency situation like other companies when he gave us his estimate. His proposal was very fair and reasonable. We had the best feeling about him compared to the other companies so we decided to hire him - a decision we do not regret! He started working right away by obtaining the necessary emergency permit from the city. Then he went and brought out the necessary equipment. The n ext morning they started working on removing the tree the as we had agreed. It was a major job as it was the largest tree of the whole neighborhood with a diameter larger than 5 feet. Tree Monkey's Inc. was more than qualified to tackle this big job and we trusted them to remove the massive limbs that were reaching far across our home. It took about 4 days and the massive giant tree was gone except for the stump. The crew worked hard and stuck with it. A crane and other heavy equipment was used to remove the tree safely and efficiently. Tree Monkey's Inc. has done a marvelous job and we very satisfied. Anthony, the owner is a honest, professional, dedicated and hard working man who can be very proud of what his company accomplishes as his crew is outstanding. He stands behind his word and was always available for questions and concerns. The stump grinding was part of the quote but subcontracted out to an independent stump grinder. Anthony made sure that his work was performed to our satisfaction. He made sure the subcontractor came out the 2nd and even the 3rd time to remove even the last remaining root arms of the tree. We are thrilled to have found this company and can highly recommend them. All our tree work will be tackled by Tree Monkey's Inc. from now on. No need to look any further. If you need reliable, honest and professional service... hire Anthony and his crew!

Thank You, Thank you, Thank you! Tree Monkey came to my rescue. We had some other guys in the neighborhood knocking on doors and giving good deals to do some work. They did part of the job and said they would come back the next morning. By 11:30 I was worried and called them. I left three messages and no return call. I called Tree Monkey and they were here in 10 minutes to see what needed to be done. They gave me a fair deal and came back with equipment 30 minutes later. I have learned my lesson to never just use anyone knocking on the door. The other service did show up at 1:30 and I told them to hit the road. Oh by the way I cancelled there deposit check too. Thank you Tree Monkey for being professional and saving me from my mistake!

I found Tree Monkeys, Inc on Angie's list and called for an estimate. They came by yesterday afternoon and gave a verbal estimate. I needed a written estimate for my homeowners insurance claim. I received the estimate via email within the hour. I called to accept the estimate and schedule the work. The tree limb was hanging on another limb of the tree and was viewed as dangerous should we get another storm. Anthony advised he would be at my home by noon. He arrived, set to work and performed exceptionally. We are very happy!

Our neighbors had Tree Monkeys cut down and trim their trees. They did a wonderful job so we asked them for an estimate on our trees for trimming and removal of trees and stumps. They did a great job of removal of the trees and trimming of the trees. They worked exceptionally hard and long and did a great clean up job. The issue was that we paid for 20 stumps to be removed. It is my understanding that they contract this out. When we returned from vacation we found that only 16 of the 20 stumps were removed. We called multiple times regarding the other stumps which were already paid for but have never received a return call or a refund of the money. Very disappointing end after a great job.
