Called for an estimate and they came out same day. Looked at all I wanted for pressure washing and they sent me an estimate later same day. It was reasonable for what I wanted and I booked an appointment. They came out at the time stated and went right to work. They were very professional and did everything, including a few niceties that I didn't even think about (patio screens and door, etc.) The apron to the driveway was really messy from when the new driveway was poured. They double treated it and made sure it came out looking nice. They also cleaned the curbs. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting pressure washing done.

They did good job it gets very cold now and so much better to breathe.

Walt was very professional in the phone. Took time to explain the work that was going to be performed. On the day of the job the crew arrived on time. All wore PPE. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. The clean up could have been slightly better. After the ducts are cleaned they go around with a vacuum to pick up whatever wasn’t captured in the blanket. There were a few spots that weren’t cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Otherwise, we had excellent service and would highly recommend and use again in the future

Walter did a fantastic job. I originally had him come out to pressure wash the driveway and sidewalk in front of my house. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. The work was done so well, I had him come back to do the pool deck as well. He offered a special to do the front and a competitive price to do the pool deck. I will definitely be calling this company again when I need pressure washing done.

Walter did a fantastic job! Our pool deck was a mess and our gutters and downspout were very clogged. We also had some vinyl fencing that needed power washing. Walter was wonderful, easy going and friendly. I really appreciate his attention to detail and wanting to get the job done right. I will be hiring him again! Thanks Walter!!

Walter promptly responded to my inquiry online by calling me directly. He arrived promptly as scheduled to perform an estimate. Arrived promptly to perform the work for first job. He was quick and was accompanied by an assistant. We agreed that he would do the second job sometime during the following week. I arrived home and found the second job was performed. Both jobs were done very well. He was very courteous, answered my questions and performed an excellent job. I will definitely hire him again.

Downloaded an Angie's List coupon deal for $130 for up to 16 windows. I received one voice mail message calling to discuss the service. I called them back 3 times and no one ever would return my call. Clearly they did not want to honor this deal. Would not call again or rehire. Hired another company that charged far less.

Walter Ruf owner did all the work. He was very easy to get a hold of and arranged an appointment two days from phone contact. Walter showed up on time and did all the work in a professional, timely manner. I would definitely recommend Walter and will use his services in the future.

Just moved into a new house and Orlando Services did a great job of exterior and interior window cleaning. Excessive amount of debris removed from gutters on 2 story house. Courteous, fast, and professional. Very happy with results.
