I called them to clean my gutters . Quick in getting back to me and came out and did excellent job cleaning alot of debris out of gutters from the hurricane this past September. Even changed a light bulb I could not get to. They answer the phone,set the appointment and are on time. Fair price for my gutters attached to my steep tile roof. Did a great job. What more can you ask for.

Outstanding! I called Walter Ruf and gave him the number and description of my windows. I had six eight foot tall sliding porch doors and eight windows. I am in a condo on the second floor. I wanted them cleaned inside and out, plus the screens and the vertical and horizontal sill in each. He gave me a quote based upon my information being accurate. The quote was reasonable and I knew this because I had talk to some other businesses. I had confidence in his work based upon the 72 As and 1 B. That number of reviews can’t be wrong. Also, reviews are why I continue to belong to Angie’s List. Asking your neighbor or fellow worker is too small a sample to be reliable. He was able to come out within one week. That made me very happy, to get this job done. Walter came out, we walked the property and agreed that I had accurately described the work. He has all the equipment and liquids that are needed as you would expect from a person that does this full time. I watched him and he is very hard working, meticulous, and a pleasant person. He did an EXCELLENT JOB. I told him I would only use him for my windows from now on. He also, does other jobs as described on his website. The price he charged was reasonable and I had really dirty windows that I told him I wanted to pay him extra for his work. He asked for $25 extra and I gladly paid him. When you find an honest, hardworking, does an excellent job, pleasant person then as the consumer you should be just as kind and generous. You can hire others, but you can’t hire better.

We are so happy with the service that we have already set up bi monthly house cleaning services. With regard to window cleaning, our windows have never looked better. I will continue to use them for all of our household needs.

I believe I bought a special package. They were excellent. My only complaint at all is I said, “I would love to have this done annually, can you put me on a list? Will you contact me and say, “hey, it’s time.” They said they would and they did not. They did an excellent job, they went above and beyond. I would love for them to call me again. I did pay a little more because they asked me if I wanted to, I don’t remember. It was up to me to get something extra done. I think it had something to do with the screens or fixing a screen or something like that, and I was happy to do it since they were there. They did offer me an extra service and I told them I would take it.

Walter is very responsible, dependable, and honest. He does what is promised, and I would highly recommend his company. I will be using his services again in the future.

Orlando Services was very good. They did a good job and it looked really good when they were done.

It was fine. They only charged me the $99. I would use them again. They explained everything accurately. It took them about an hour to do the entire home.

It was excellent. The only detractor about the service was that I had some very old blinds, and he tore those when he was cleaning them. That probably would've happened because they were 20 years old and I was going to need to replace them anyways. I wish he would've not charged me for those. That was the only thing. He was on time. He was very professional in his approach. He did a good job of cleaning with the cleaning except for that one little incident and I think that could've happened to anybody in that circumstance. I would give him an "A" whole heartedly. He did not offer to replace the blind, but I did not ask him either. He let me know as soon as it happened. He was very forthcoming. I would very much so use them again in the future.

Walter was wonderful! He made sure everything was cleaned and running properly. He also cleaned up after himself, which made me very happy. In face I am so happy with the results that I have already booked him to power wash my house and clean the windows, inside and out.

I have a 2-story home with a bunch of windows. I contacted Walter, he gave me a Ruf estimate (Walter Ruf, see what I did there) and I booked him. He and his team showed up and got right to work. Within a few hours, my windows were sparkling and the screens and track were super clean and re-installed correctly this time, thank you! Super nice guys, non-stop work, dizzying pace, excellent results. Booked him for next year and added gutter cleaning too.

The work was impeccable, the windows were crystal clear and no streaks left anywhere. We would like to use them again for other services, including regular house cleaning.

Best window cleaning service I have ever tried - will definitely stay with this one!

It was good, very good. I requested extra work for windows because the deal was for only a special set number of windows. It was $50 more for the extra windows. They are good for scheduling, good for professionalism. Because of the time constraints only, one part was not that clean. I think it was the back of the window, the outside. They are good, I would recommend them. It was not that detailed as I expected.
