 + -1 moreHad a problem that needed prompt attention at a rental unit. Made arrangements by phone with Freddy and his team went out and resolved the issue the same day. Guests were not inconvenienced and all Orkin employees were polite and respectful.

 + -1 moreThey do the service but some people are more thorough than others. It has been quit a turnaround in the few years because it is never the same persons coming back. They were late on returning my calls and the quality of the service is not consistent.
Description of Work: I have Orkin. I use them every other month, I have a contract but it is kind of lame. They provide inside and outside treatment and do not include termite treatment.

 + -1 moreThe job went well. I felt that they were a little overpriced. Also, I still saw some pests in my yard and they had to come back out. They came back out at no additional charge. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Orkin, two weeks ago. They sprayed the front yard and the sides of my house for pests.
