+ -1 morePlease be aware. We had a problem with a washer and dryer this summer that was under warranty, but a repair person requested that a third company take the dryer down. We hire Mike’s Maintenance Plus Repair LLC. We agree that they will take the washer down and put it back. Later we found out that the company charged us twice for the service. When we approached them they refused to refund the money. We file the credit card claim. Now, Mike’s Maintenance Plus Repair LLC is demanding $165 bank fees that occur when we file the claim. He said if we don’t pay he will put a lien on the property. We researched that putting a lien in Florida is possible without a court order.

+ -1 moreHe did everything and it was perfect. He built a mantle and hearth around a fireplace. He hid TV wires. He had an answer for everything. I wanted lights on my wood book shelves. Two days they were in. Took him 15 minutes. Very very trustworthy. I have been in Santa Rosa since 1982. I sure wish I had know him them. I just can’t say enough but please use my email if anyone has question. Magnificent and very cost efficient. Very very nice couple.
