Description of Work: how to understand the night before I called the technician James he came out and honest compressor had been struck service tech James to the pawn his self to call the insurance company and get all the details worked out we had a new unit installed the next day very nice need quality work also there's installer for very nice neat and clean everything to us and unit has been working wonderful sense

+ -1 moretechnician called because we did not have a working ac unit. he looked at the outside unit and 'fiddled' with it, then he went TO the attic but did not actually enter the attic. he stood on the ladder and stated that the unit was shot and we would have to purchase another unit for at least 3500 to 4000 dollars. went back outside and did a lot of talk about backflow and such. said the office would be in touch to set up an appointment for installation. as soon as he left I called another a/c tech. he was in town and came right over. he actually went into the attic and observed the unit. it was a minor issue that was fixed within 10 minutes, it cost me 75.00. I will NEVER use hasty again. also they called SEVERAL times to schedule an appointment for the new unit. I paid their service chg. and that was that. so disappointed in them, I wonder how many others were robbed by them.
