Lisa and her crew returned my call immediately and kept up communications by text (my choice of contact). She came out for a consultation (that lasted an hour at no cost) so we could figure out what was needed to be done. We set a date and Lisa plus her crew came out on time and worked tirelessly all day with only small breaks for water and snacks. She was very helpfull with the design of the landscaping and bringing what I envisioned to life at a price I could afford. She was professional and beyond fair on price. I am just overwhelmed at how honest and hardworking this business is. I am unbelievably happy and would refer them to anyone without hesitation.

I hired Lisa Reimer on the recommendation of a friend. She had just moved back into the area, and was looking to establish her business in the Gainesville/NCFL area. Lisa is a native of the area and knows her plants and how they grow here (or don't). She has a wealth of experience, a great eye for design, and has worked w/me in the sometimes-difficult situation of keeping w/in rules of neighborhood association while creating a landscape that is beautiful and satisfying, as near to maintenance-free as possible and requires little-to-no extra irrigation once established. Our lot has almost no grass, a caged pool, and lots of trees in back. Along w/neighborhood association rules, sun & shade patterns don't allow much wiggle-room in plant choices & placement. Yet she has managed a beautiful start in organizing the chaos that has been my yard for 15 years. We began slowly, knowing that eventually (as time & money allow) we would be working on the entire lot. I don?t have any design skills, esp. where gardening is concerned, but Lisa came up with a good basic plan after we talked about what I wanted, and we began w/the idea that she would come on Tuesdays and we would proceed piece by piece, executing and unfolding over time. This has worked great?esp. as we ?add pieces,? allowing design to develop organically as we see the plan come to life, and spreading costs and work over time. Lisa & her gifted daughter, Bonnie are my core crew, and she has others available when work load demands it (husband Dean is a super-star). Every phase of the work is meticulous?they are perfectionists, and don?t take any shortcuts that shortchange the quality of work. Their professional ethics are of the highest standards, and, best of all, Lisa embodies the Golden Rule in her business dealings. Her fee schedule is very reasonable (maybe the best I?ve encountered in this area), and she has the knowledge & wherewithal to get what?s needed to realize the job in an efficient way while providing top-notch service. Her company doesn?t do lawn maintenance (or not at this point); her skills are dedicated to planning and executing design. (She has some great and original ideas. She works well w/me, helping me to create something workable from a glimmer in my head.) I can see this as a long-term relationship, calling her in periodically even after we finish ?Phase 2??where we are now?to keep an eye on and maintain the basic plan?maybe even change it up periodically! She?s become my ?Go-To? Garden Guru?my consultant on horticultural matters.
