Carl and his crew were on time, worked all the way through, and provided everything I asked in a manner that demonstrated a great deal of professionalism. I will be building another structure in a year or so, and Carl will be my only choice for this task.
Description of Work: Carl Jones placed roughly 71 cy of concrete for a 40'x60' monolithic slab in a rural part of Alachua County (Cross Creek)

+ -1 moreTwo men with around 20 years experience cleared and leveled the land, then formed and poured the slab. Then one man finished the concrete to a smooth surface. This being my first experience with a concrete foundation for a building, I am glad this crew was so experienced. Mr Jones had the necessary knowledge about building codes and requirements that made him a valuable asset to me.
Description of Work: Mr Jones had his crew pour and finish a 20' x 20' concrete slab for the foundation for a garage. They did an excellent job.

+ 1 moreOverall, the project moved along quickly from quote to completion. No surprises. No added charges. Nice job, done as agreed.
Description of Work: Carl Jones of Jones Masonry installed the cement base for our new enclosed metal building (22' x 36'). We had three quotes and his was the best. He did the job perfectly. Everyone is quite impressed when they see the floor and apron he poured for us. He was polite, punctual, and didn't ask for payment until the job had been done long enough to get inspected by the county. Very professional, I'd use his services again.
