When my family received unexpected news that our landlord was taking back her home, we weren't left with many options. I saw Kevin's advertisement for a Rent to Own/Lease option and I was interested. However, admittedly, I was nervous as it seemed like all these programs were scams. I took the time to research Kevin, Roo Realty, and Century 21. My research calmed my concerns and I talked with Kevin the same night I submitted my online inquiry. He thoroughly answered all my questions and guided my family through the entire process. As a realtor, he took the time to listen to our "needs" vs. "wants" and helped us identify properties that were true matches for us. With his help, we were able to quickly identify a property within our same susubdivision. Even though it was late in the evening on a Friday night, he prepared all the offer paperwork and we landed the house 48 hours later. During those 2 days, he called us several times as there were new developments, just to keep us updated on the status, which was extremely helpful. We wouldn't of had the same success if we didn't have Kevin on our side. Anyone that gets the chance to land Kevin as their realtor is extremely lucky and in fantastic hands.
