He filled the Freon (very expensive/ pound) and told us it’s possible it had a small leak. He never checked for leaks. Two days later it stop cooling. We called another company and they found that the Freon was gone and it had a big leak that should of been easily detected. We felt ripped off. The only reason we went with this company was your Angie List 2018 award.

I purchased my AC unit from Jim, and my experience was terrible. I usually like to use Home Advisor to schedule services, but went with A Prestige Air believing that they had the best quote. Unfortunately, after the installation of the unit, I found out that the price I had been referencing throughout my conversations with Jim was not accurate - instead, it was much higher. After finding out the correct cost, I called Jim to discuss the pricing. Jim started yelling at me about the fees he has to pay and all the overhead costs that are incurred in the sale. The way Jim spoke to me was disrespectful, hostile, and incredibly unprofessional. I contacted the company and explained the experience I had with Jim, and they failed to reach out to me to follow up. If you are looking for poor customer service and a salesman who is hostile and rude - you have found the right company.

Exceptional service, from initial contact to repair work done by Mr. James C. We had been without A/C for five days. Were on wait list for the company that installed the 6-yr old unit. Was best to schedule a Sat after- hours service and then hope for a standard-rate cancellation. Busy time for broken A/C units. No cancellations all week, so we were prepared to pay for the after hour (Sat.) visit. Hubby then suggested that we call others. Found A-Prestige Air on Yelp site. Tech could not come out until Sat, but after hours' charge was significantly less. Mr. C arrived 30 mins early. He diagnosed the problem, explained our options, received ok to do the repair, then walked us through the work once it was done--with clues as to what to watch for in the future. Realizing that our unit was still under warranty, he even researched the warranty and applied the discount. The house was cooling down in less than an hour. We were so impressed with Mr. C and the company that we purchased the maintenance plan on the spot. A-Prestige Air is one of the best!!!"

Jim, who was a service manager, was actually EARLY! He returned our emergency Saturday call promptly and arrived about an hour early. He asked for species and found the problem immediately. Apparently the night before we had a lightning strike to our compressor and it was blown. He explained it clearly and even showed us the part that had been broken. He had the replacement part and went to work immediately. He finished in just a short time. Wow! What a relief on a 90+ degree day! Jim had informed us of the service charge on the phone. The bill reflected that and the parts. Honest, fast and extremely professional! I would recommend Prestige and Jim to anyone! Thank you for literally saving our weekend!!

Seamless service from start to finish- A Prestige Air saved the day, even on a Saturday! Flew in for a weekend stay to a broken A/C- our entire weekend would have been ruined if not for the excellent service we received after finding this company via Angies list. Highly recommended!!!

As I was having issues with our HVAC system, I was referred to Prestige Air Conditioning & Heating. I gave them a call to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the same day to diagnose the issue. The receptionist was very friendly. The Technician came in at the time I requested for and dove right into diagnosing the issue with the A/C. He was very knowledgeable. He let me know that we needed a new system and explained to me why we needed a new one. He showed me the different options and suggested the best system that would meet our needs. My husband and I talked over our options and decided that we needed the same system that the technician had suggested. We called and let them know the A/C we wanted and scheduled a date and time for them to come and replace the system. The Technician had come with the new system and replaced everything that needed to be replaced. And another Technician had come by to check everything and sign off on the job. We all did a walk through together and also made sure that the A/C was working right. We are really happy with their service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always on time. We will use them again and will also, refer them to everyone we know.

I had a real mess dealing with my air conditioner. I called a few other companies and they came out but no one could really give me a concrete answer on what was wrong with it. They all just told me to replace it. Well, I couldn't afford that. So, I found THIS company on Angie's List and decided to give them a call for another opinion. The technician came out the same day and told me definitely that I had a leak, so they needed to test it to find the leak. It is a 2 day test where the whole thing is shut off and then in 24 hours the leak areas will show up. Anyway, the test worked and when they came back the 2nd day they were able to tell me exactly how to fix it and gave me a very reasonable price and they even fixed it the same day. That was a while ago and the AC has been running perfectly ever since. I saved so much money by going with A Prestige Air! THANK YOU!!! Thank you for being honest and not pushing me to replace the entire thing when other companies did. It works good as new and the fix was in my budget. I am referring you to all of my friends!
